Part 1- Memories


June 24th, 2006


“Mommy! I’m hungry!” Eric cried pulling on Kat’s shirt as they sat down in front of the barricade set up in front of them blocking them from the red carpet that ran along downtown Disney in Disneyland.


“Here sweetie eat some Mickey fruit snacks.” Kat said reaching into her big pocket purse and grabbing some snacks out for Eric and Elizabeth.


Twenty seven year old Kathleen Williams is a single mother who brought her two 6 year old twins to the movie premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest. The first one was their favorite and they wanted to go to the premiere since it was close to home and meet the actors from the movie. Kat was really excited about this day because she was making it a day that her children would never forget but very nervous because of another reason, the father of her children was going to be here. The father of her children was ironically her daughters favorite character in the movie.


“Mommy, is Will really going to be here?” Elizabeth asked as she crawled into Kat’s lap and Kat just smiled.


“I am sure of it, he would love to meet you Elizabeth, since you share the same name as his true love.” Kat said brushing some loose curly brown hairs out of her daughters face and Elizabeth blushed.


“I think you need to marry him mommy.” Elizabeth said smiling, “Then we could have Will Turner as our daddy!” She said excitedly clapping her hands and Kat just laughed with her daughter.


“He doesn’t want to marry me, he wants to marry Elizabeth Swann you know that.” Kat said.


“Well, maybe not Will then, maybe Jack.” Eric said and then Kat really did laugh at her son’s comment.


“No, the actor who plays Jack has a wife.” Kat said.


“Well does the actor who plays Will have a wife?” Elizabeth asked and Kat looked down at her children’s adorable faces, she looked close at Eric’s who had his father’s curly hair and brown eyes, Elizabeth got Kat’s blue/green eyes.


“No, but I’m sure he has some beautiful actress who he has his eye on.” Kat said as she playfully ruffled her son’s hair and she felt it hard to look at her son’s face since it reminded her so much of his father’s.


“But you are a beautiful actress mommy, maybe it’s you.” Elizabeth said.


Her kids knew she was an actress, she did some national commercials and was an extra on Lord of the Rings years ago, plus she was currently working on getting into the new Keira Knightly film Pride and Prejudice. That’s how she met Orlando, on the set of the Lord of the Rings, he was her first true love and the father of her children. She thought back to that time as her kids fell asleep for a nap in her arms.


6 years ago


“You all are a bunch of ass holes!” Kat yelled at her friends Dom, Elijah, Billy, Liv, and Orlando as she walked into her apartment in Wellington, New Zealand.


“That’s a nice thing to say to your friends when they throw you a surprise birthday party!” Dom said knowing she was joking because they had scared her.


“Happy Birthday Kat.” Elijah said coming over and hugging her, he had been her best friend for about 4 years now ever since she moved out to LA and he was her neighbor in her apartment building and he helped her get on the Lord of the Rings as an extra.


“Thanks Lij.” I said pulling out of the hug and Dom and Billy attacked me into a sandwich like hug and Liv came over and hugged me and kissed me on the cheek.


“So, can I wish the birthday girl a happy birthday?” Orlando asked standing there as he ran a hand through his short brown curly hair, it had grown back out of the Mohawk he had since the beginning of production and she laughed at him.


“Yes you can.” Kat said and he walked closer to her and pulled her into his arms and kissed her lightly on the lips.


“Happy 21st birthday Kat.” He whispered in her ear, “More of my present is coming tonight.” He said and she giggled. They had been dating for about 4 months now and she loved being with him, he made her happier than she had ever been before.


After some hours of partying in her tiny flat everyone left except for Orlando. He smiled at Kat and pulled her in for a deep passionate kiss.


“So, where is my present?” Kat asked.


“Right here.” Orlando said pulling a small box out from his back pocket and she looked at him shocked, he did not buy her an expensive gift? She thought he was joking about actually getting her a gift.


“What?” She asked surprised and he opened the box to reveal a small diamond heart white gold necklace. She gasped and looked at him with wide eyes, “Oh my God, Orlando. It’s so beautiful.” Kat whispered with tears forming in the back of her eyes. Orlando took it out of the box and moved Kat’s dark brown hair to her one side and clasped the necklace on around her neck.


“It looks beautiful on you.” He said and as he walked around to face her again.


“Thank you so much.” Kat said as she put her hand to his face and pulled him down a little for a kiss.


“That’s only part of your gift.” Orlando said with his dark brown eyes shining with a dark fire in them and he grinned at her and she giggled as he picked her up and carried her into her room.


He laid her down on the bed gently and he laid on top of her as he began to kiss her passionately and deeply, his soft lips molding into hers and his tongue grazing into her mouth and she gave a sigh in pleasure and she began to lift up his red shirt and lifted it up and over his head as their lips parted for just a minute and she began to kiss him back with more force and more passion as she ran her hands down his tone chest and he gave a low growl in this throat as his hands dug deeper into her waist and he began to lift up her shirt and lifted it over her head.


He began to kiss her neck and she sighed in pleasure and she moved her hands down to his pants and began to unbutton and zip them. She could tell they were starting to get a little tight for him and lifted his lower body some so he could help her get them off. He was now just in his boxers as he laid on top of her. He pulled away from her neck and looked at her.


“Are you ready for this?” He asked through uneven breaths.


“Yes, I took my medication today, we should be alright. I’m ready.” Kat said through her own uneven breathing and he leaned down and started to kiss down her body until he reached her jeans and he began to unbuckle and unzip them.


He threw her jeans on the floor with the ever growing pile of clothes and he put his hand on her waist and she put hers’ on his and they discarded their undergarments.


Kat’s nails dug into his back and she gave a loud moan in pleasure and Orlando did too. It was her first and her only man she had made love with and it was exhilarating and amazing.


They made love until the early hours of the morning and Orlando laid his head down on her chest as they both caught their breath.


“I love you Kat.” He said as he kissed her shoulder.


“And I love you Orlando.” Kat said as she kissed his hair.


“What time is it?” Orlando asked and Kat looked at her bedside table clock.


“5 AM.” She said and they both laughed, “What time do you need to be on set today?” She asked and he sat up some and brushed some of her hair that was sticking to her face.


“Not until 3, I have later shoots today.” He said smiling at her and he kissed her lightly on the lips.


“I’m glad, you need sleep.” Kat said and he rolled off of her and laid next to her and pulled her into his arms.


“What about you?” He asked.


“Pete gave me the day off since he didn’t give me my birthday off.” Kat said and he smiled and then yawned.


“I don’t know about you but I’m a little tired.” He said and she Kat giggled.


“Yeah, I am too. We should sleep.” She said and she nestled in closer to him and they fell asleep in each other’s arms.


That was the last happy memory Kat had of being with Orlando. Because later that day she realized she had not taken her birth control pill the other morning, she had forgotten because she was on the run out the door to film some stuff. She collapsed on her bathroom floor, scared. She knew she should’ve still used protection but they were caught up in the moment and she had thought she had taken her pill. She calmed down but Orlando got so busy with filming that she barely ever had time to see him along with her crazy schedule.


Eight weeks later though, she began to feel ill and Kat went to the doctor to find out that she was indeed pregnant and by the looks of it twins. Kat fainted in the hospital room, how stupid could she be! After days of thinking it over, she knew she had to tell Orlando and that she was planning on keeping them. But those plans would backfire when she would find him in an interesting position. She found him in his trailer later with a blonde woman in his arms and him kissing her passionately. He apologized and said it wasn’t what it looked like but Kat yelled and screamed at him and never told him about his babies and left him, she had just finished her last shoots for the movie anyway and went home.


She never saw Orlando Bloom in person ever again.


End Flashback


“Mommy, can I go to the bathroom?” Elizabeth asked as she awoke from her long nap.


“Sure.” Kat said and she got up and woke Eric up too. She asked a young woman to hold their spot and they quickly ran and went to the bathroom. Kat covered her son’s eyes as they went into the women’s bathroom and she took the big stall in the back and let her kids use the bathroom. After cleaning up and going back to their places, she started to hear everyone get restless as the premiere started. Kat could hear screams farther down the red carpet as the stars began to arrive and Kat felt her heartbeat accelerate.


“Are you two ready to meet the actors?” Kat asked her kids as she got her camera out noticing people coming closer.


“Yeah!” Eric and Elizabeth screamed and she giggled as she took a picture of their adorable faces.


They finally saw some actors and other guests coming down the carpet towards them and then Kat heard someone call her name and she smiled in glee to see her best friend.


“KAT!” Elijah called as he ran over to her and hugged her over the barrier.


“Uncle Elijah!” Eric and Elizabeth yelled.


“Hey, Eric and Lizzie.” Elijah said hugging them.


“How are you? I haven’t seen you in months!” Kat asked smiling at him.


“I’m great I just saw…” Elijah said and he cut off what he was saying. He had been the only person next to Dom who knew about Kat’s pregnancy and the kids, Elijah was their godfather. Him and Dom also kept Kat and the kids a secret to Orlando for the past 6 years, they acted like they barely ever saw Kat.


“How is he?” Kat asked in a low voice.


“He’s better after the recent break up, she was no good for him Kat. He still thinks of you.” Elijah said in a low voice back and Kat looked at her hands.


“Well, thanks. You better get going inside and doing interviews.” Kat said and Elijah grabbed her hand and squeezed it.


“Kat, talk to him. He really has missed you over these years, tell him. He needs to know.” Elijah said with his sympathetic blue eyes and Kat rolled her eyes.


“Not this again Elijah. Look he cheated on me, he doesn’t deserve to know, I already told you that. I don’t want to ever see him again, he broke my heart.” Kat said feeling tears sting her eyes.


“Then why are you here?” Elijah said and he walked away letting go of her hand and then called back over his shoulder, “TELL HIM!” and he left to do interviews and such.


Kat began to think why she was really there? Why was she feeling so nervous to see Orlando? She couldn’t just use the excuse that it was only for her kids, it was also partly for herself too.


They waited a long time and the kids got to meet Keira, Kevin, Gore, Jerry, Johnny, and then Orlando finally came towards them. He was signing autographs around the whole place. He then moved closer to Kat and the kids, He noticed Eric holding his little autograph Mickey book with Elizabeth holding her Minnie one out. He smiled at the little kids and bent down to greet them.


“Hello there. What are your names?” He asked and the little girl was the first to speak.


“My name’s Elizabeth Williams.” She said and he smiled at her and felt like she reminded him of someone, her blue/green eyes held that same sparkle of a woman he knew long ago. He shook his head and signed her little book.


“Your name is just like Elizabeth Swann’s and you are just as pretty as she is, maybe even prettier.” He said with a big grin and Kat gripped the barrier for support at his beautiful smile that she had missed. He hadn’t noticed her yet and she was perfectly fine with that, for now.


“And I’m Eric Williams.” The little boy next to her said and he smiled at him but stopped, he was staring back at a 6 year old version of himself. Kat felt herself choke up at his shocked face of seeing his own son, even though he didn’t know it was his son, “You’re my favorite in the movie.” Eric said and Orlando shook his head and smiled at him and signed his autograph book.


“Well, thank you.” Orlando said and his publicist came over and started to pull him away when Kat called out to him.


“Hello Orlando.” Kat said and Orlando turned back around knowing that voice anywhere, the voice of the one he loved and had thought about every night for the past 6 years, the one who mysteriously disappeared and never wanted to see him again. He turned around and saw her with her dark brown hair down with her green eyes sparkling with tears in them, she looked even more beautiful than he remember.


“Hello Kathleen.” He said walking over to her and he reached out to touch her but she held up her camera.


“Can you get a picture with my kids?” She asked and his eyes grew wide. Oh my God, they were her kids. He knew it should’ve clicked when they’re last names were Williams.


“Orlando! We have to go!” His publicist called.


“Just a second!” He called to her and he smiled back at Kat, “I would love to take a picture with them.” He said with a lump in his throat. He noticed Kat didn’t have a wedding ring on and now realized why Eric looked so much like him, they were his kids. Both Eric and Elizabeth smiled at them getting to get their pictures taken with him. Orlando helped them over the barrier with Kat and she took a picture with him holding them in his arms. Kat felt tears in her eyes at this moment, her kids were in their father’s arms and they didn’t know it.


“There you go. Have fun tonight.” He said to Eric and Elizabeth as he helped them over and he looked back up at Kat as his publicist pulled him away.


He saw the tears in her eyes and that small smile on her face that he knew too well, he felt his own eyes fill with tears at seeing her and his children. He was still in love with her and it hurt him.

Part 2


Orlando walked away with his publicist and he couldn’t get his kids faces out of his mind, he though put a smile on and faced the camera’s and interviews and fans acting like nothing was wrong. After getting inside the building so they could get on the pirate ship for the entrance for the film, he went to the bathroom and broke down, he cried. He was in so much shock at this that he couldn’t understand why she had never told him, why she left him, why after all this time he still was in love with her.


“Orlando? Man you in here?” Elijah called out and Orlando stepped out of a stall and glared at his best friend.


“You knew didn’t you?” He asked with a dark low voice and Elijah looked at him confused.


“Knew what Orlando?” he asked and Orlando walked closer to him.


“Don’t play dumb with me Elijah, you knew Kat had my kids, my twin children! You have been her best friend for years!” He said in a low voice that was menacing and scared Elijah slightly.


“Yes, I did and I’m sorry I never told you but she had asked me not to.” Elijah said and Orlando ran a hand over his slicked back hair.


“Why?” He asked turning away from him mad and yet sad that he hadn’t told him.


“You need to ask that from her yourself. Maybe it’s time you two make up for your mistakes in the past. Get her passes and tickets for tonight, spend some time with her and the kids. It would mean the world to Eric and Lizzie if you did that.” Elijah said and Orlando turned around with a small smile.


“You’re right. I’ll do that.” Orlando said and he ran out of there noticing he had 15 minutes before the movie started and he asked for 3 passes and tickets for the movie for some friends and he sent his publicist out to give the tickets, but he followed her, not wanting to do this through her.


They caught up with Kat and the twins as they were packing up to leave.


“Miss Williams?” His publicist asked and Kat turned around surprised.


“Yes?” She asked and Orlando smiled coming up behind his publicist.


“I would like it if you and Eric and Elizabeth joined me for the movie tonight.” He said and Eric and Elizabeth’s faces lit up and Kat bit her lip pondering if she should say yes.


“Mommy can we? Please?” Eric and Elizabeth said in unison and she laughed.


“Sure, thank Mr. Bloom for this nice gesture.” Kat said smiling at her kids and then looking up at Orlando’s smiling face.


“Thank you Mr. Bloom.” Eric and Elizabeth said in unison.


“You’re welcome and please call me Orlando or Orli.” Orlando said and the twins smiled.


“Ok, Orli.” Elizabeth said and Kat lifted her kids over the barrier to Orlando and then Orlando helped her over and Kat felt an electric shock go through her hand as he held it. She missed his touch so much. She took her kids hands and they walked up the carpet with Orlando and his publicist.


“So, how have you been?” Orlando asked in a whisper to Kat.


“Fine, my career has started to pick back up again after losing the baby weight and such.” Kat said keeping her eyes forward.


“Oh, Kat, can we talk about that? Please?” Orlando asked almost too softly for her to hear.


“Later, when we can be alone.” Kat said pointing down towards the kids and nodding her head towards his publicist behind them.


“Alright.” Orlando said liking the sound of that, he wanted some alone time with her, to talk about everything.


“Orli! Carry me!” Elizabeth said stopping in front of Orlando and Kat stopped, shocked at her daughter’s sudden boldness, but she could tell where she got it from, herself. Orlando looked at Kat with a little smile.


“May I?” He asked and Kat nodded her head not sure if the words could come out of her throat from the lump that was forming there. Orlando leaned over and picked Elizabeth up and carried her in his arms and Kat did the same with Eric.


“So are you two excited to see the movie?” Kat asked her kids as they walked into the building while they waited to get seated with Orlando.


“Yeah!” They shouted and Orlando laughed.


“Alright, I will be back in 5 minutes, I’ve got to go make my entrance with the cast.” He said and he set Elizabeth down and then ran off smiling at Kat and the kids.


“Mommy! Did you see? Orlando carried me!” Elizabeth cried with excitement and Kat laughed.


“Yes I saw.” Kat said smiling at her daughter, who was more like her than she realized.


“You need to marry him mommy. He would make a great daddy.” Elizabeth said smiling and Kat just gave a small smile back at her daughter.


“That would be nice but I highly doubt that is going to happen.” Kat said and then Elizabeth perked up.


“Then can I marry him?” Elizabeth asked and then Kat cracked up laughing so hard, she had to hold her side because it hurt from laughing so hard. Oh yes, this was her daughter indeed!


“I’m sorry sweetie but he is way too old for you.” Kat said and then Elizabeth pouted.


“Well, then you better make him our daddy, because I like him a lot.” She said and Kat smiled and Eric agreed with his sister. Just then Orlando came running back.


“All ready? We can go take our seats now to watch the movie.” He said and Kat nodded her head and Orlando picked Elizabeth back up and then went outside to the outdoor arena set up for them to watch the movie on a large screen over the water. Eric sat in Kat’s lap and Elizabeth sat in Orlando’s lap. He knew people were staring at him strange holding this little girl in his lap, but he didn’t care. He was just happy to be holding his daughter in his arms. During the scary scenes with Davy Jones he covered her eyes and let her nestle into his chest and arms afraid. Kat melted at the way Orlando was treating Elizabeth and how he was making sure she wasn’t scared during the creepy parts with Davy Jones. He was being the perfect dad, why did she leave him again?


Eric cuddled in closer to her afraid too and she covered his eyes during the scary scenes. After the movie was done, Kat could tell it was way past her kid’s bedtimes and they were starting to dose off.


“Well, thank you for this, but I’ve really got to get them home.” Kat said standing up with Eric cradled in her arms.


“Wait, let me take them home with you, I can skip another after party.” He said softly as he got up carefully with Elizabeth starting to fall asleep in his arms, “We need to talk anyway.” Orlando said and Kat sighed, she knew she had to do this.


“Alright, come with me.” She said and she led him out of the park and towards her car in the back of the parking lot. She put her kid’s in their car seats in the back and Orlando got up front with her.


“Kat…”Orlando started to say.


“No, wait until we get home, please.” Kat said with a pleading tone in her voice and Orlando nodded his head.


“How have you been Orlando? You seem to have been doing well for yourself.” Kat said trying to start a decent conversation that wasn’t about the two of them.


“My life has been fine, I love my career, but it hasn’t been the same since you left. Kat you broke my heart when you left, I’ve missed you and thought of you everyday since you left without a word, a reason or anything.” He said and Kat felt tears in her eyes.


“You broke my heart too, but we are going to finish this conversation once we get to my house, not now, not while the kids are in the car.” Kat said.


“He looks just like me, they both look like a mix of both of us, but Eric looks the most like me.” Orlando said in a low whisper so he wouldn’t wake the now sleeping children in the back.


“I know, it has been hard for me to look at him every day since he has gotten older because he reminds me so much of you. I hate that feeling that I sometimes can’t even look at my own son.” Kat said in a low whisper with her voice cracking slightly with the tears that were threatening to fall.


“You’ve done a great job raising them.” Orlando said softly and he took her hand that was not on the steering wheel and held it in his. Kat didn’t let go right away loving the feeling of his hand in hers but she soon pulled her hand out of his and pulled out of her slight daze.


“Thanks. I just wish…” Kat started to say but she stopped herself, she told him they would wait to talk about all of this until they got home.


“You just wish I was there to help you raise them.” He said and Kat nodded her head, not trusting her voice.


They finally pulled up to her small 3 bedroom, 2 story house on the out skirts of LA. She opened the front door and then came back and picked up Eric as Orlando picked up Elizabeth, they carried them upstairs and into their room. They took off the kids shoes and laid them in their beds and tucked them in. Kat kissed Eric lightly on the forehead and turned around to go over to Elizabeth when she noticed Orlando kissing her on her forehead and then he walked over and did the same to Eric and Kat did the same with Elizabeth. She for a brief moment imagined that they had never broken up and they were married and they were one big family, but then she shook her head realizing that that wasn’t the case. They went back downstairs and Kat walked into the living room.


“Now we can talk about it.” She said sighing and Orlando started to get tears in his eyes.


“Kat, why didn’t you tell me? Why did you leave me, without a note or anything? Why?” He asked pleading almost.


“Because I was scared and then I was going to tell you when I found you with another woman, remember? I broke it off that night and left. You broke my heart and I never wanted you to see me or our children ever again. I thought you wouldn’t want kids with your budding career and everything. Orlando I was just scared and heartbroken. I got pregnant that night of my birthday when we made love for the first time. You didn’t use protection and I had forgotten to take my birth control pill.” Kat said crying and he started to cry too and then got angry.


“Kat that girl back then kissed me! I didn’t want her to and you walked in at the wrong moment and if you had told me, I would’ve wanted to help you, take care of you and the kids, and help raise them with you. I’ve wondered and thought about you for years since you left, even when I dated Kate and my other ex girlfriends over the past few years, I still would always think of you. I love you!” He said crying and Kat gasped.


“You do? You still do?” She asked shocked.


“Yes! Don’t you understand that! We both made a mistake when we made love that night, we both are responsible for what happened.” He said and Kat then got angry.


“So you are saying the night you and I made love for the first time, my first time and yours, was a mistake? You regret that?” Kat asked angrily.


“Oh God no! Kat, what I meant is that we both didn’t do it properly and we both should’ve taken care of Elizabeth and Eric together, because it was both of our faults. I don’t regret that night at all and I don’t regret you getting pregnant either.” He said and Kat looked at him surprised, she knew he liked them but she didn’t think it would be this kind of reaction.


“You really don’t regret getting me pregnant?” She asked.


“No.” He said and he walked closer to her and then pulled her into his arms as they both cried.


“I’m sorry I never told you. I’ve missed you all of these years, I’ve missed your smile, your laugh, your kisses, you holding me in your arms, I’ve missed everything.” Kat said and he kept rubbing her back comfortingly.


“So have I, love, so have I.” He said and he pulled away, “I would like to know if we could maybe start over? I would like to try this again, a little bit better and I would like to try and start to be a part of Eric and Elizabeth’s lives.” He said and Kat smiled a huge grin.


“I would like that a lot and I would love for you to be a part of their lives.” She said and he kissed the top of her forehead. They then sat down and caught up on all the time they had missed together.


“It’s funny actually, Elizabeth is just like me in so many ways. Especially one.” Kat said smirking as she sipped her wine.


“And what is that?” Orlando asked after he took a sip of his wine.


“She likes you a lot. She even told me tonight she wants to marry you. She flirted with you all night.” Kat said laughing and Orlando laughed too.


“Yes, she certainly is your daughter.” He said and Kat smiled.


“Eric is like you in so many ways too. He loves playing games about being pirates or superheroes. He told me he wants to go on adventures some day and he loves dogs. He is just like you.” Kat said and Orlando smiled.


“That’s nice to know. What was it like giving birth to them by yourself? That is one moment when I really wish I could’ve been there for you, during that painful yet joyful moment.” Orlando said taking her hand and caressing it.


“It was hard, my parents were there, but Elijah kind of became my birthing coach and acted like a proud godfather when they were born, he even had the video camera.” Kat said and Orlando chuckled.


“When were they born?” He asked.


“April 12th, 2001. Elijah told me he was supposed to go on some hiking trip with you, Viggo, Billy, and Dom that weekend but he stayed with me. Dom knew about
it, but he didn’t tell you.” Kat said looking down at her glass and Orlando laughed.


“That would explain why Dom was so fidgety about Elijah spending the weekend with his family. Dom could not stop looking at his phone for text messages that night. I remember when I guess he found out you had the twins. He jumped up and down and then attacked me in a hug. He gave this little victory dance. We asked him what was up and he said that Manchester United beat Portugal in the soccer game that weekend. But now I know the truth of that whole situation and it makes it even funnier.” Orlando said starting to laugh and Kat laughed too imagining Dom’s reaction to her giving birth.


“I remember only one sad thing to the whole process, there was one moment where I was crying because I was in so much pain and they weren’t going to give me the drugs just yet and I cried wishing you were there, wishing I could turn back time and fix everything that happened so that I wouldn’t be there and we could still be together or that I was there but that you were there with me.” Kat said and she looked down at her hands and Orlando put his finger under chin and made her look at him.


“I’m glad you went through all of that because if you didn’t, we would have never met again and been working on our new relationship together.” He said and she gave a small smile.


“Look, I hate to do this, but I need to get to bed. I will be up early with those two and I need some sleep.” Kat said and he nodded his head.


“Yeah, sorry. I will just leave you to get some rest. I’m glad we can work though this and can maybe start over again.” Orlando said and Kat smiled.


“Me too. How long are you here for?” She asked curious.


“Only until next Friday.” He said with a downcast look.


“Would you like to stay here? You can stay in the guest bedroom.” Kat said and he smiled.


“I would love that.” He said and as they were heading towards the stairs he stopped hearing the song playing softly on the stereo. Kat stopped, knowing the song, one of her favorite Celine Dion ones and one that pertained to her and Orlando very well at that moment.


“Dance with me.” He said wrapping his arms around her waist behind her and she sighed leaning into him.


“Orlando, please….not yet.” Kat whispered closing her eyes enjoying the moment but knowing she needed to stop this, they just made up after being apart for 6 years! She missed him holding her in his arms like this, the warm feeling it gave
her and how comfortable it was.

“I’ll take you up to the guest room.” She said and she took his hand showing him upstairs to the guest bedroom. She left him alone to get comfortable and she changed into her purple striped pj pants and her purple silky camisole top. She put her hair up in a messy bun and quickly checked on the kids and found them sound asleep in their room. While she was waiting on Orlando to get settled, she looked at her pictures she took that day in her digital camera. There was an adorable one of them with Keira and Johnny and the best one was the one with Orlando. He had this huge grin on his face but the look of surprise and tears in his eyes. She felt tears spring into her eyes at this picture. She hoped one day she could take a real picture of them with him as their father.


There was a knock on her door and she quietly called him in and he came in with just his boxers on and his black button down shirt he wore that night at the premiere. He walked over to her and kissed her lightly on the cheek.


“Thanks for letting me stay.” He said and she smiled.


“I wanted you to and I’m sure the kids will be excited to see their dad here in the morning.” Kat said and then she realized what she said and Orlando gave a small smile.


“I hope I can one day be that for them, we just can’t tell them yet that I am their father.” Orlando said and Kat nodded her head.


“I really would like that too.” She said and he said goodnight after the long silence and left her.


Kat turned off her light and laid down in her large queen size bed. She laid there for about 15 minutes and realized she felt for the first time in a long time, very alone. She wanted Orlando sleeping next to her, holding her in his arms, cuddling close to her to keep her warm on this chilly night. She debated whether to see if he was awake or not when she finally gave up and walked down the hall to his room. She quietly opened the door to find him awake.


“Kat? Is something wrong?” He asked and she just shook her head no. She grabbed his hand and pulled him out of bed and led him down to her room. She shut the door and crawled under her covers and patted the empty spot next to her.


“I want you to sleep with me.” She said and he looked at her surprised.


“But I thought we were starting over?” He asked.


“I don’t want to start over, let’s start where we left off and just take it a little slower. I want you to sleep with me tonight.” She said and he smiled and crawled in bed next to her and kissed her lightly on the lips as he pulled her into his arms and she fell asleep more comfortable than she has felt in long time.

YAY!!!! They made up!!! Can I be with Lij? Ahaha just kidding, it's totally your story. I'm just happy that Kat and Lando made up. I wonder if they'll tell the twins soon about Orlando being their father, it looks like they both wouldn't mind lol.

I like! It's kinda like my Alejate story, but I never finished that, and when I go back to it lol, its gonna take a long long time for me to trust Lij again and let him back in my life.

And less about me more about you!! I liked how Orli just knew automatically that those were his kids lol. It was cute how he was so protective of Elizabeth during the movie. Kids are funny some times. And its so cute when guys are good with the kids!!
