As a clichè, lately, I watched this movie with a certain delay (see also my experience with the PIRATES!!!!). I must admit I didn't read the books, before watching the movies, but.... HELL NOOOOO!!!! Why the writer(ess) likes to kill all my favourite characters? I loved Syrius Black, maybe because it was interpreted by one of my favourite actors... BUT HEY!!! It's not fair!

Anyway: I did enjoy the movie, despite the killing... a lot.

And you?

*is Sirius serious* Honey, I can totally relate. Sirius Black was probably my favourite character above all, and even though I knew he'd died (I read the books) I felt every second of the unfairness of it. Talk about jinxed father figures!!

Anyway, you should def read the books, there's so much more in them, they're so addictive!

I'm not sure I enjoyed the movie, it was the first i saw AFTER reading the respective books, and I found it a bit too 'fast', if there's a word for it. I had the feeling I had been staying in the theatre for less than an hour when it ended, and it's not about the stuff they cut, I accept it, but the depth (or lack of...) of what remained in.

Anyhow, there are going to be SIX deleted scenes in the DVD version, so... let's see!

And, Ursi: the bloodbath has just begun.

Ehy! I have timidly approached the first book... if I have to tear my eyes out in each and every one of them, well! Let me know! I might give up right now!!!

You might have to, but it's worth it. Who shall know better than you? I STILL remember the days when i tore my eyes out at YOUR writing! Anyway, it's worth it, trust me. I read the seventh book in 20 hours, and it's over a 600 pages long.

Since you didn't read the books, erhaps you didn't know that it was Sirius, Lupin, Pettigrew and Harry's dad who write the Maraunders' map... although maybe you do, since it's an old cracked Riddle... oops, riddle!
