Title: EWAC's Bringing Writing Back...
Description: Literary Contest

Ambrosia - December 6, 2006 01:21 AM (GMT)

Tis the season!

Welcome to EWAC’s annual December literary contest! We encourage our members to stretch out their writing fingers and join in the fun. The contest this year will be considered a literary challenge, meaning members are allowed to enter their own favorite style of writing. Whether it be a short story, a poem, or a drabble, they are all welcome here!

The rules of the contest are as follows:

1. The literary entry must have either a Christmas or winter theme.

2. Each member may submit one entry only.

3. If the choice is a short story, the word limit is 3200.

4. Have fun!

The deadline for the contest is January 2nd. Please submit entries via private message to Ambrosia. After the deadline, the entries will be posted for two weeks so members may view and vote on their favorite.

Now, go ahead and deck the halls with your literary genius!

In my 2006's *to do* list there's a uncheck mark for: *participing in any writing challenge* so since I'm college's free I'll work on this (Yippe!!)

Anyway, I have a few questions. Are there any specifications? It's just about christmas and winter, or does its about a particular theme? Any *must have* words? Anything else?

:urgh:

I guess I just want to complicate all of this..

No specifications besides the either Christmas or winter theme. And, we don't have any required words this time around. :D

So, feel free to write away! I am glad to hear that you are going to participate.

*hugs*
