Hello.. I know, I'm the romantic one and the cheesy one, but for alwayss I've been in love with CSI kind of stories. And now I want to write a murder/case investigation/jury kind of story, and I need your help!

This is the story, a good looking actor is accused of the murders of his ex girlfriend Sophia Coppola and her sister Anna Coppola (Mena, this is you, I hope you don't mind...). So he hires the best, cold blooded lawyers to protect him, and the goverment hires the best prosecuters to accuse him.

So this becomes in a cold war between a supposedly innocent man and the public who finds him guilty.

Who is going to win?

So, I need a Cold Hearted Jury. Three prosecutors and three defense lawyers. The rest of you who won't get the lwayers spaces will be put as witnesses. Some of them will be main witnesses.

I need your information. The space you want to get. The ones that want to be prosecutors I ask you to be American, since it's how it works. I think, at least in Mexico. The rest, you can be from wherever you want to be from, but have to studied in USA as well.

Mmm.. what else..? Oh yes, write your theory about the murders. What do you think that happened? Of course, if you are a prosecutor, you'll use it against the actor (won't say the name) and the defense lawyers.. well you know. The jury can have a theory too. :). At last but not for that least important, I need two detectives :)

Okay so they were murdered? There are many different ways to commit a murder. Shooting, stabbing, being hit by golf clubs or any hard or sharp objects, poisoning, hanging etc.

This is on the top of my head and I love Law and Order so I'm gonna try my best. I don't really watch CSI: Miami much, so I may not be good with the gory stuff.

The actor, whom I'll call Tom, was Sophia's boyfriend for many years. They seemed to have a perfect relationship. But it wasn't enough for him. He had an affair with someone that Sophia had no idea about.

But Anna did.

Anna, being the caring, loyal sister, she is confronted Tom about it and threatened to tell Sophia if he didn't end it asap. He lied and said that he would. But he never did. Anna went to tell Sophia and he murdered Anna right in front of Sophia. When Sophia tried to fight back, he raped her and gagged her. he stripped her naked and slit her throat.

I'll come up with more ideas later.

Physical Description: Short much like a hobbit at 5 ft 2 with curly brown or red hair that she hates so she straightens it a lot. She has big blue eyes that sparkle when she smiles/laughs. She is also curvy, but not big, she's about average weight (150ish pounds). She thinks she's a tad bit fat at times, but knows that she is fine the way she is.

Personality Description: Shy when you first meet her, then can't get her to shut up lol, out-going, extremely friendly too nice sometimes, great with kids, romantic, sensitive, good listener, loves to give advice, very funny and does random things sometimes.

Ok, here is what I think happend, I think the jealous ex-girlfriend of the actor (who I shall call Bob for now). She killed him because she was jealous of his happiness with Sophia and she also was a enemy with Anna from High School and wanted revenge at Anna. So, she killed Sophia while she was strapped down in front of him and he ahd to watch her suffer a painful death by being stabbed and Anna was shot in the back of her head in a terrible ruthless murder. Bob got loose of his bindings and held dead Sophia and Anna in his arms crying when the police came from a call next door and they immediatly thought he killed them because of the blood on his hands from holding them. Bob couldn't have killed Sophia or Anna because he loved them like family, even though him and Anna had broken up she was still like family to him. I rest my case! :tehee:

Story:
I think that John Tyas (the actor) killed both Anna and Sophia because both girls caught him doing drugs and practicing S&M with a woman named Veronica Peterson.

Veronica and John are both secret trained combat killers (Sorry, I can’t find the right word)….so they used their skills into torturing, raping and killing Anna and Sophia. They then cleaned up the scene really, really, really well then cut up the bodies and putting them into two suitcases. They took the suitcases to a garbage dump and proceeded to burn the bodies with lighter oil and two matches (one for each body)

Finally, they went out somewhere to produce an alibi so that they wouldn’t get caught.

Detailed Personality: Normally I'm a nice girl but most of the time, I have this quiet pissed off mood and mostly that is due to the fact that I'm either Tired, having to do two or more things at once or if I have to do something that I don't want to do (Or if someone is really pissing me off). And when I act like this, I act like a spoiled two year old brat and then some. I normally don't act like this publicly (so that's why I said a quiet pissed off mood, I don't want a cat fight when I go into a pissy/prissy mood emotionally). I'm a Total "Yes" girl, and even though it's sad in a way, this is how I act when I'm nice (if I'm being sickly sweet, which is kept to a bare minium). I love to interact with people, but most of the people that I know (I'm not saying you guys do it all the time nor do it at all, but you do it some times) think I'm the typical high school geek. Normally that's fine with me, but if I want to talk to someone about something, that can hurt. Getting back to the subject, the reason that I'm a total Yes girl is that I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. I will politely say no, but most of the time I say yes. When I don't like a person, I either get all bratty on them or act like I'm in my normal quiet pissed off mood. But if I do like that person, then I will respect and honor that person. That and I will act like my normal self. I do get a little overprotective, but that's a rare case. Finally I'm a Virgo, but I'm a really lazy person. And I mean Lazy! I hate it sometimes but I'm ok with it. I'm great with secrets. But normally I'm a quiet and nice girl.

So... I don't know if I was supposed to be the elder or the younger sister... but I guess my attitude towards my sister would be pretty much the same, as to say, a bit clingy, very protective and a bit paranoid if i was older, needy and quite spoilt if i was the younger. Anyway, a bit of a pain in the ass :-p

"Always so happy, always dancing and partying..." a sort of social butterfly who 'apparently' enjoyed being around the most people she could, partying, and such, but that probably hid a darker side, had a lot of depressing moment, hysteric fits and drinking problems... the kind you'd find cryin at five in the morning holding a mojito and that who, three hours later, is fresh like a rose by the swimming pool... :-p

Oh, and she used to sleepwalk as a child.

So I feel sort of (really!really!) guilty signing up for this, having not been around here for awhile, but what the hell, right? :) Plus, I'm really digging the idea for this story. Haha, Prison Break doesn't seem to be enough any more... :P I'll put up theory's for both the state and the DA, just in case you want to put me in either position.

Prosecutor's theory:

"Stab wounds. The victims' bodies were adorned decoratively with several, grotesque stab wounds. The attacker was relentless. The bodies of these two sisters were almost unrecognizable. Almost. Of course, the boyfriends were the first place detectives investigated. Anna's boyfriend (we shall call him Michael for humour's sake ;]) was off on a business conference in Phoenix, a valid alibi. We have all verified that he was there, yes? So, after answering the few questions we had for the poor man, he was off and back into the world, sans the love of his life.

Now, the next stop was obviously Mr. Wood (since you love him so, Andie lol). A well-known face in Hollywood, it was not difficult to track him down. His alibi was a bit more shady than the other boyfriend. He was supposed to have been at a charity event, with Sophia, but the two are said to have left earlier than expected, leaving everything open to speculation up to the time when the housekeeper found the sisters' bodies and Mr. Wood was nowhere to be found.

Here is where everything starts falling into place. My theory may be speculative, but with this evidence, there's only so many things that could have taken place. The murders occurred in the vast kitchen of Mr. Wood's elaborate mansion. So, we have an obvious out to where the murder weapon was found. Forensics discovered the butcher knife sloppily rinsed in the sink, only one slot on the knife block empty. Something must have happened to, pardon my French, piss off Mr. Wood. Perhaps he found out that a big secret Sophia was harboring. At this point, the only way we will know is by confession from Mr. Wood himself. I am convinced it was he. The evidence is all there. The fingerprints on the knife. The blood. The DNA. Have I mentioned the bloody clothing that was found buried on his property? And whose blood should be soaked into said clothing but the sisters Coppola? Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, please tell me you won't ignore such cold, hard facts. Thank you."

"Heeh. I am so ... complex and yet cliche at the same time. Its quite annoying. I'm shy, and a bit stoic when it comes to the outside world. I'm open yet distrusting. There are only a few things that I won't tell most people, just because I always need something to talk about, why not talk about me (I'm not as narcisisstic as that sounded, sorry...)? But, unfortunately, I have a hard time trusting people. If it really bothers you, you can blame a friend of mine who gives me way more trouble than he's worth.

I've always been on the quiet side. I'm one to, when talking in front of the class and the kids haven't quieted down yet, stand there in silence until everyone shuts up so that I can begin. To me, its not anything but being polite.

I have this really annoying tendency to act differently around different people, and only with a few do I feel completely at ease. There are a handful of my friends that I know I am myself with. And then there are those where I feel compelled to make myself more silly and hyper or less so with. It happens so much that I sometimes doubt who I really am, which is my personality and which is fake, what I do only to appease people. There, I am a people pleaser.

Also, I'm a lot more mouth than I am action. As in, I'll get reallyreally mad at someone and rant and rave about it to a trusted friend, saying how I want to do this and that and they say, "Sam, you so should!" and I agree with them, but I never will. I am decidedly nonconfrontational. I'm one of those that will let things build up and up and up until I cannot handle the burden any longer. Even then, I have to write it down rather than just go with it, because my friends mean just that much to me. I would rather be torn up inside than lose someone I love due to something I've done irrationally. Similarly, I've recently found that, if I come to love you, I can't undo that. I can't stop loving someone, no matter how frustrated they make me or how much I don't want to love them anymore. Its out of my hands.

Observant as ever, I'm definitely one of those more inclined to listen and retain information than jabber on and on relentlessly. I talk when I have something to say, or feel there's an awkward silence that really needs to be filled and I'm the one who's possibly going to say anything. One of the reasons for this is that I'm paranoid about what people think. Really, I would like to be completely apathetic about others' opinions but that is unfortunately far from the case. The higher I hold you up, the more your opinion matters to me."
