I didn't put up a cast-call for my new story before because orinially I really thought I had not one spot to fill. Now I realize that even though I don't need major characters - trying to keep the plot-line tight - I need a couple of people the characters socialize with, and I would love to have some of you in it rather than make up a few boring ones ;)

I also have one bigger role to give away, or rather one role that matters a lot to the plot ... but I won't say I take the first for that cause I need the feel to be right.

Which of the three groups (nurse, students, hospital staff, co-workers) do you feel most suitable for and why?: Those actually really all fit me. :blush: Okay, I think hospital staff, because when motivated or really focused, I get things done, and always stick to commitments (which med school is obviously a huge one). I think the human body is fascinating, actually. I'm not always happy-go-lucky, so I don't think a nurse would be the best for me. And, people think I'm always frowning. Idk, when I have that sort of half-smile, I suppose that's what everyone runs around with on their faces all the time? I will, however smile and laugh when I think something's funny or awkward. Or maybe I'm just in a good mood.

Nationality: Scottish.

Hobbies: Reading and writing (obviously). I enjoy walking my dog and bike-riding/roller-skating. School has always been somewhat interesting to me; sciences especially. Biology, Chemistry, Psychology. Lots. I enjoy shopping, but usually don't purchase much. Definitely thrifty. Funny - I won't buy much at malls and such, but let me loose at a thrift or vintage store and I'll spend more than I ever thought I would. Good thing about that, though is that I come out with a lot more, and they're a lot funkier (which I :love: ). Doodling. Music and movies. I have what some people call, unofficially, the Nervous-Leg-Syndrome. Whenever I sit, my legs are always moving. It pisses people off. :unsure:

Portugese is fascinating, too.) People that make you think. Movies that make you think. (I like to be challenged.) Violent movies (I LOVED Green Street, especially with all the blood.) So I guess you could say blood, and why I'm a doctor. Its fascinating! Harry Potter. The Renaissance and Elizabethean eras. Anything celtic. Fantasy things like vampires, werewolves, elves, hobbits... etc. So, obviously Tolkien and Anne Rice. DOGS!! I can't imagine myself without a dog! *le sigh* My loves... and dogs are loyal. They don't break your heart. *nods*

Dislikes: It annoys me when people get dramatic about blood. Pansy. Drunks. Eating disorders - they just depress me. Cocky jerks. Modern art. Most pop music (I like Christina Aguilera's voice...) and all rap (except some of the funny stuff like "What's your fantasy" and "To the windows to the walls"... lmao). People who assume they're better than everyone else, like if you were to talk about a story, they automatically say "Come back when you've got [this many] pages written. That's how much I have." <_< I hate you ALL! Broken, unfulfilled and empty promises. That is my BIGGEST pet peeve because it has caused me SOOOO much pain. -_- My little sister. I know its sad, but I really don't like her. Happy-go-lucky people. People untolerant of others. People who walk all over other people. Usually pink, but its begun to grow on me... I could go on forever.

I'm a gigantic door-mat, when it comes to those I truly care about. Its the fact that I'm soooo scared that they'll wake up one day and realise that I'm not worth sh*t to them, and never have. I'm deathly scared of that. But, I don't let anyone know that, because then they'd realise how weak I really am and drop me like a hot potatoe. I'm shy when it comes to new people, outside of work. At work, its my job to be at least somewhat friendly, and I'll do anything (well, anything not going against my morals) to not get fired. Like, at parties where I only know few, I usually pass the time listening to other conversations, putting in my input a few times, and that's just to satisfy the people that know me and want me to talk or whatever. Like I said, I don't smile all the time, so people assume I'm pissed all the time. Hey! I'm just thinking, people. It's allowed! I'm scared of love, and what it does to people. Or maybe I'm scared of "love" - that thing that people call love, but it consumes them and destroys them, so how could it be? Anyway... umm, hard worker. I could easily become a workaholic.

It could be amusing if she's Orlando's intern or something, she would have gone through a long and painful course at college to get where she is, so no students. Just a note: I wouldn't mind her being a historian like Sophie though, I love history.

Nationality: English (with Spanish Heritage)

Hobbies: She's professionally trained in singing, and classically trained in violin and piano, so she loves to play, sing or dance to music. She loves to visit her family, especially her older sister, Julietta. She loves to read. She likes watching the soccer, haha.

The fact that Evie loves and hates herself is the reason for her hostility against the elite of London. She is independent and mysterious, always determined to drive herself further to reach her goals. That said, she is terribly mercurial, and her mood can change at the drop of a hat. She strives to be nurtured but hates the idea of being helpless. Evie is shy to love, though she has her fun flirting, knowing most of the time that it won’t lead anywhere. Headstrong and possessive she is prone to jealousy when things she has worked hard for are taken from her. (which could result in an epic love affair...? haha)

Physical Description: Striking would be a good way to describe Evie. She "gives good face," and is the consummate picture of an ingénue: Petite, wide-eyed and disarming. She's slender, with legs like pillars and chocolate eyes that you could drown in. Evie is about 5ft 4, but what she lacks in height she makes up for in beauty and mystery. Which of the three groups (nurse, students, hospital staff, co-workers) do you feel most suitable for and why?: Definitely hospital staff. My dad is a male nurse, in real life, and I have always been fascinated by his job, although I could never be a nurse, it takes too much cold blood, committment and lucidity for it, and I am not that good at telling people what to do when it comes to gamble with their healthy. But my favourite subject at uni is Medical interpretation, and this means I could deal with interpreting patients' problems at the ER. I am not scared by blood or anything, just, I doubt I'd have the technical skill to solve deals in the hospital, and as amember of the hospital staff I could rather count on my ability skills.

Nationality: American, from Louisiana, but my parents were Irish, so I am way too tempered for my own good because of both blood and country. ;)

Hobbies:I am into art a lot, expecially music, poetry and painting, but I am a bit of a geek and this means that, whatever my job is, I ccould become obsessed with every aspect of it and turn it into a hobby, as well. I like to go to the cinema, do anything relaxing. I hate sports of every kind, so they're totally off my list.
