Hey, I need some help in the banners department, since I kind of stink with just making banners with paint and I need somebody's help. I had this posted int eh Tech. Dept. but no one was replying so I figured I post it here where maybe more people will notice it. Can anybody make me a flashing banner or a nonflashing one? If somebody can reply to this I will be able to give you the information I need for the banner. I just really need help and I am computer banner making illiterate evidently. Please somebody help me!
