Hey
Of course I wish it was November 18 because that is when Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire come out...
I also want to see The Brother's Grimm, Everything is Illuminated, Green Street Hooligans and Elizabethtown. Also, I guess I'd like to see Pirates of the Carribean 2 - although I don't know when that comes out. Oh, and I want to see Narnia in December.
But mostly I wish it was November 18...

PotC2 comes out October 2006 I believe.
I can't wait for the new Harry Potter movie either! I saw the trailer and it looks so intense!
I definitely want to go see The Chronicles of Narnia, Disney was so smart to invest in that, there are seven books, they're going to make so much money off of that, sheesh.

Reannon - November 7, 2005 08:00 PM (GMT)
Eeeeek!
It's only 10 days until Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is in theatres!!! Although, I am not going to see it until the 25th cause my friend is driving up here and has to sleep over, and I have to work at 8am on the morning of the 19th, so it wouldn't be much fun to see it the 18th.
But still ----- soooooo excited!!!

Finanwen - January 12, 2006 07:27 PM (GMT)
Memoirs of a Geisha! This Zhang Ziyi girl is extremely talented. And the film is out here next week. Woot!
And sure POTC-2!
Ryvyan - February 1, 2006 05:12 PM (GMT)
Brokeback Mountain. It is soooooooooo slow in reaching the shores of Singapore.
The homosexuality surrounding the film made it a R-21 (restricted to ages 21 and above). A clean cut though, unlike so many other films where they cut and still restrict.
The R-21 clean cut for a gay cowboy film made a half-page column in the newspaper here, haha!
A few guy friends are going with cowboy hats :P
I'm watching more than 5 new films over the next two weeks, most of them are already released elsewhere.
WhiteAndie - February 4, 2006 07:25 AM (GMT)

Reannon - February 10, 2006 08:00 PM (GMT)
I am dying to see The Davinci Code. I read the book three years ago when it was first published, and then again just last week.
For those of you who want to see Brokeback Mountain - it's REALLY good. The scenery is beautiful (it was filmed in Alberta Canada) and the actors are all really great. I was especially impressed with Michelle Williams.
Walk the Line was good too. Reese Witherspoon was captivating in it.
The other night I saw The Matador with Pierce Brosnan and Greg Kinnear. It's very funny and heartfelt too, which was surprising. It reminded me of a weird mix of Ocean's Eleven, The Thomas Crown Affair and Kill Bill. Not that it was like any of those movies, just somehow the feel of it reminded me of those.
Oh, and I can't wait for Everything is Illuminated to be released on March 21 here, and Harry Potter on March 7 (on DVD).
^_^
Oh! I forgot - I want to see "Thank You for Smoking" too.....
Jaime Girl - February 26, 2006 12:48 AM (GMT)
