I also know that I haven't finished Autumn Nights yet, but I've hit a major case of writer's block. So I came up with an idea for another fanfic. It'll be in the Lads section but I'll need some help. Plot Description:
A mad genius billionaire kidnaps thirteen couples and puts them in a giant maze full of twists and turns and danger at every corner. He tells them that if they make it out alive, he’ll give them each 1 million dollars. Unfortunately, that’s easier said than done.

Physical Description:
Hair: a lil longer than chin length, parted on the side, flipped out at the ends "Chloe Sullivan" style (lol) (Actually, I'm presently growing it out, so it's actually kind of like her new style *laughs* but either works for me :)). it's sort of a reddish brownish, [naturally] blond highlighted...mix. lol, and the most ironic thing is that my drivers license says my hair is black, which is about the only color that it is NOT lol (that is, my hair isn't black at all)

Eyes: Dark blue (think the ocean)

Height: 5' 5 and 3/4" lol

Build: curvy, in a good way lol I'm in pretty good shape from running *shrugs*

Skin: fair. i'm Swiss/Scottish/German, so...yeaaaa lol

Style: usually bootcut jeans (just flared out a bit at the bottom), Chuck Taylor Converse All Stars shoes (dark green ones), a blouse/t-shirt, and a girl jacket (black) sometimes I'll wear scarves, but gloves only when I'm driving (my hands get cold, brr). Um, i guess my style could be called "kicky"; sort of casual but stylishly feminine. And I'm definatly not an advocate of brand names, they cost too freaking much! For formal; simple girly dresses, either black or with flowers (like, large flowers, so that you're not quite sure they're flowers without paying better attention haha)

Other: I've always wanted a tattoo... So how about one, on my ankle, that says "I shall believe..." in pretty lettering with a tiny little dove above it (the phrase is from a song by Sheryl Crow)

Personality: I. am. strange. most of the time i'm pretty quiet, mysterious per-say. but if i'm in a comfortable situation i've been known to do things such as break into song while wandering the streets of san fran. lol. i'm a poet kind of writer, fascinated with why people do what they do (i'll probably end up a Psych major lol). oh, and i'm stubborn as heck lol Madly in love with my savior and willing to put everything on the line for what i believe in. And while I'm not a big-time social butterfly, I'm very protective of people I love.

Profession: Editor at a publishing house, or wait a writer, or... wait... um a psych advisor for advertising, or wait, no... A musician! Yes; that's it. A brief past history: Typical and boring on paper: grew up in the semi-suburbs with my mum, dad, and brother. Went to a dull high school (*laughs* you know Jinx ;)), where I was faced with a crapload of drama and had to grow up pretty fast. Then I went to a dull college near home (and here's where it gets interesting bc I'm sliding from "already happened" to "should happen soon" :)) before taking a semester off to live in Washington State, where I start my 3rd year of college and graduated from somewhere near Seattle. Got a job there (whatever you chose that to be) and so on ;) fun stuff

Age: 22

Physical Description: I'm 5'2, about 103 lbs, very slender, very petite, with clear tan skin, freckles on my nose, deep dimples when I'm smiling or worried and a pretty face. My hair is dark, chocolate brown that's shiny, thick and layered to my shoulder blades with golden brown highlights. My eyes are large, clear green that get light when I'm happy and dark when I'm angry. Both of my ears are pierced, and I have a tiny diamond stud in my bellybutton, but no tattoos. One small scar above my right hipbone from a fight.

Personality: I'm mainly a very sweet, caring, friendly person. I don't like a lot of conflicts and I tend to come off as a shy person, although I'm usually the one who hangs out with the preppy, outgoing kids. I tend to be a mediator, sort of quiet, very intelligent, and a great listener. When I'm very angry, I tend to be sarcastic and blunt, but I don't usually get into a lot of fights. I'm a romantic, which gets me into pretty bad relationships sometimes, and also easily trusting, which is slightly dangerous. I'm also sensitive, but not someone who will cry at everything, I can be pretty independent. Mostly I'm just nice, though. I absolutely detest being in control, if I'm in a relationship, it's all up to the other person, because I won't take charge. My father has a successful dental firm and my mother is an interior designer, so they weren't home an awful lot, but I do love them. They've always given me exactly what I wanted, and pushed me to be my best.

Physical Description: Naturally wavy auburn hair, that reaches just past my shoulders. Medium-sized hazel eyes; they're mostly green, because that's her favorite color to wear. 5 foot 5 inches and have an athletic build. Being a redhead, she has very fair skin, so she inevitably is covered in freckles.

Personality: The type of girl who is rather careless when it comes to the male gender. She's not going to flash a guy so that he'll notice her, but she doesn't not want a boyfriend. It's more that she likes to spend her time thinking about other things, that having a boy isn't the most important thing to her. That is most definitely her friends. And the best boy for her would have to be her friend, or else it wouldn't work out, because she'd be really shy and uncomfortable because of not knowing him. She is very tolerant, can take a lot of crap from people. She's the friend that, sometimes gets insulted a lot, and just takes it, and then is the shoulder they cry on. Also, she's very used to disappointment.

Profession: Doctor - physician

A brief past history: Her parents never divorced, but her dad was in the military. Mum did one of those at-home businesses (like Mary Kay...) and has a sis named Carlie, three point five years younger. The moving around thing sucked the most. She graduated from a high school about halfway between Santa Barbara and LA, so she got the sweet suburb treatment. After high school, she went to Colorado State Uni and became a physician, but relocated to Europe and stayed in London on the Brit version of our 'green card' as a working permit. There is where she met her partner, who is a Professor at Oxford. Has vowed to be a virgin until she's married, even past engagement. This has proved a problem for her love life in the past.

Personality: Intelligent but sometimes oblivious to the most obvious things...tends to go on and on about things she is excited about...does what she can to make sure everyone's happy...often plays mediator and doesn't want to take sides in fear that it will upset the person who's side she didn't take. At times is very serious but also can be random and silly. Oh, and makes movie references. A lot. :lol:

Profession: Can she be a...ancient linguist or something? That would be awesome...like maybe if she studied Latin and Greek and delved into ancient civilizations a litte, maybe kind of a wannabe archeologist at times. Just to be random. *laughs*

A brief past history: She was an only child that kept her nose to the grindstone most of her life and only concentrated on doing well in her education. Let's say she grew up in some random small town in Northern California and went to Harvard, and is breaking from working on her Masters in Language there. She doesn't "have time" to date and is therefore interesting when she is approached by guys. You can have fun with that if you want. Sometimes it's hard for her to have fun and loosen up, even then she's preoccupied about her job. If you need more I can make something else up, haha.

Okay, I am supposed to be studying for my Nursing Research final exam which is at 7:30AM tomorrow, but instead I am procrastinating and surfing EWAC and I came across this thread.

And I was intrigued. Very intrigued.

I love the plot for the story. Super cool. Kinda like a reality tv show, but not really.

Physical Description: Short in stature (5'5"), long blonde hair that is infused with natural highlights that range from pale blonde to a caramel coloring, pale complexion, lots of freckles, blue eyes that sometimes appear to be green or grey, big smile. Classic pear shape, in otherwords I have a big butt. ^_^ Tattoos and piercings to balance out the goody two-shoes appearance.

Personality: Very outgoing and outspoken. Not afraid to strike up a convesation with a stranger. Extremely loud talker, even louder when it comes to laughing. Love to laugh and smile. Very carefree spirit. Avoids confrontation like the plague. Tries to make everyone happy. Overtly dramatic, tends to make a big deal out of nothing. Very emotional, which can be seen as a good thing and a bad thing. I tend to wear my emotions on my sleeve, but yet I try and hide my feelings when people ask what is wrong. Can be very stubborn, and has a fiery temper (it's the Irish in me!). Very devoted to friends and family. Brainy but can be a ditz when it comes to common sense. Overachiever and a perfectionist. Tends to be mothering to friends and the "therapist" of the group. Always will be a hopeless and sappy romantic even if I am cynical about love.

A brief past history: Um...oldest of three children, only girl. As the first born and the only girl always out to prove herself, always wanting approval and recognition from parents. A bit of a tomboy as a child, would run around catching lizards in my frilly girly pink dress. A brainiac all through highschool and college. Always striving to be the best. Played baseball and fast pitch softball but sports really weren't my cup of tea. Moved around a lot as a child, always the new girl, alway forced to make new friends. My character is unlucky in love - lots of guy friends, but she is always seen as "one of the guys". Had boyfriends in the past, but nothing serious. Whenever she thinks she finds "the one" he turns out to be a scumbag (cheater, liar, etc). Despite getting burned, she still swoons over the thought of "prince charming". Fiercely protective of younger brothers and always having to bail the youngest one out of trouble, which can wreak havoc in my characters life.

Personality:Very passionate about things...can get very jealous and be possessive. Is always thinking about something, usually about the inevitable and death because she fears death, although she doesn't ever admit it, unless she completely trusts someone. She's the one that's always staring at the moon, contemplating her life and what will happen to her, the dreamer, always wishing for a better life and love.

Likes to solve things and is good with hands...drawing painting, music. She likes to be the centre of attention but also likes to be alone, changes moods dramatically and is very mercurial.

A brief past history: Youngest of three children, with a string of failed relationships. Always had to strive for attention from older sisters because one was Daddy's girl and the other Mummy's girl. Would always receive hand-me-downs as a child so now everything she buys tends to be expensive and brand new. Would sing and play her violin all the time as a child until her grandmother died and she found no joy in playing anymore. Never plays for anyone, and vowed she wouldn't unless it's the man she falls for. Was always pushed by her father to be better than her siblings and not make the same mistakes they made. Overprotected as a child, which made her go a little wild through her late teens. Graduated school with great scores in Literature and Creative Arts, finishing a degree in London where she met most of her lifetime friends.

Consequently, one day, her and her boyfriend were returning home, both drunk, and had a car accident. She survived but her boyfriend died. Never had a serious relationship with anyone after that. Then she moved to New York to go to an art school and studied photography.

They're mainly aqua-green, but they've got these weird brown speckles and blue rings around the pupils... hmm... Fairly slim but also curvy. Fair skin. I always wear my hair up because it’s so long. I let it out for bed or when I’m going out.

Personality:

I’m an Aries which means that I can be impatient and short-fused. But not all the time! If someone is talking to me about something important I’m very rational. I fancy myself a great listener. I’ve always been seen as the ‘protector’ of my peers and loved ones. I’m extremely loyal and would do anything for the ones I love. I would die for them. I never like to talk about my own feelings, more so these days, because I just keep getting burnt. I have very little trust in people. I never used to be that way. My parents separated when I was six years old, and so my older brother, younger sister and I have lived with my Mum for most of our lives. Yep, I'm the middle child. My brother has clinical rage issues, and I've grown up witnessing his violent fits of anger, repressing my feelings for the sake of my sister. My sister and I are extremely close. She's my Bubby and I love her with all of my heart. Every best friend I've ever had has seriously screwed me over (moving without saying goodbye, sleeping with my boyfriend etc etc). No joke. I went to a private school highschool and am currently studying 'Creative Writing' at Uni. I've never said 'I love you' to any guy, and the only time that I felt like I could say it and really mean it, he broke my heart like I never thought possible. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for my life, despite everything, I've been very blessed. I shouldn't complain.

Singing and writing are my passions. I’ve been told that I’m talented in both areas, but I’m shy when it comes to singing in front of anyone or showing them my work.
