Let us all hope/pray that I will be able to finish this one. It'll be a very nice miracle, wouldn't it?

Anyways, basic synopsis:

A 'seasoned' writer, plaugued by writer's block, tries to get back in the game by writing of her life experiences. Being the oldest sister. Going through highschool as the school photographer/journalist extradonaire. Marrying her highschool sweetheart (baseball captain) right out of school. Raising her three children. Her husband cheating on her with practically a younger version of her, resulting in a long-lived divorce and custody battle. Her husband eventually marrying his mistress, who has won over her youngest daughter, resulting in eventually seperating the custody of the children.

It's going to be in a back-and-forth style. Going from the current time to what she's writing in her book.

I have a small list of roles, but that will most definitely grow. I will add roles to it over the time this call is open. If a role is bolded, then it is open, if not, it has already been filled. If a role is blue, it is a male role. As for the children, for the biggest part of the story, the oldest (daughter) will be 16/17, the middle (son) will be 15/16 and the youngest (daughter) will be 12/13.

This'll be open for maybe a week and a half, but you can never be sure. I guess, until I feel there are enough characters or whatver. Also, if you have any ideas for male characters. PLEASE let me know!!! It'll be much much MUCH appreciated.

Personality: I am a fairly complex character. People say I frown too much and never smile, but I suppose that's how I look. i am not very optismistic, I always question things and I love to argue just for the sake of it as I am stubborn as few and I won't stand back until the other one gives up or simply agrees with me to shut me up. I tend to be really quiet around people I don't know, not because I'm shy or anti-social (which I actually am though), I just don't like people. I seem to feel much better when they're not around. Appearance: I am quite tall for my age (1.74 cm. YESSS, I finally grew that centimetre!) and I'm skinny (51 kgs.) for my height. Fairly curvy, but not in a chubby way. I have long, slim fingers but quite small hands and long arms and legs. My skin is olive/slightly tanned depending on if I've been sittting like some larry in the dark in front of my computer or if I've been out. I tan very easily, as I'm a third mulatto. I have long dark brown hair which I recently curled, and I have a side fringe which is long enough to tuck behind my left ear. I have a long neck (think Paris Hilton. *SHUDDER*) and my face is square/round-ish. My eyes are always slightly narrowed, which, appereantly, makes me look calculating. I'm not even gonna go there. My mouth is not quite small, but I have big lips which are naturally curled into a pouty frown or sneer. Personality: I love doing yoga to chill and I also do kick boxing and tae-kwon-doe. Right now I’m also really into lighting incense and candles while I’m doing my yoga and when I just want to chill. I also like to paint to let out frustration.

I'm outgoing around people who know well but I’m also quite wacky and crazy around people I don’t really know as well. I tend to speak before I think and then worry about the consequences later! If someone is annoying me, I’ll tell them to their face. I'm never two faced so I don’t act nice to them and then bitch about them to another person. Appearance: I'm 5”6 inches in height, mid length light brown hair with slight blonde highlights. I have lots of choppy layers in the back (quite long ones) on a side parting with a tiny side fringe that falls in front of my eyes, which are ice blue, and my skin is quite fair until I sunbathe and then I tan easily. I’ve started dancing again so I have a quite slim build but not anorexic thin. I never bite my nails so there always long and nicely shaped (something I’m proud of! I have no life).

Me thinks that it depends on the mood of the story. "Seasons of Life" seems... calmer, where as "That's Life" has the whole "ironic" conotation, like "ah well, that's life! figures haha"
