Ok, these banners are for my LOTR fan fiction...they're rather simple since I only have the Paint program on my computer *hopes that if she wishes for Photoshop hard enough, she'll get it* <_<
Anyway, I had fun making these so even though they aren't fantastic I thought I would share them with you guys.

wow. for paint, that is really awesome!!! i tried last year and they were pretty bad!



i made this one in paint, but the notebook image is copied from somewhere and i used a program to both animate it and get really nice handwriting font.

Those are great Celandine! Yeah, Paint is pretty okay...that's what I use for most of mine, but I used Animation Shop 3 to animate my banner < its a little too fast, but it took me so long to figure it out that I don't want to mess with it...

It's awesome, and great considering that you're new to making banners. I think the yellow one looks painted and it works, but I agree with you on the pixelated part of your last banner...what version of Photoshop do you have? Maybe you could try another version of making it look painted...hmm, I don't know, that's the banner advice I have for you, you don't have to change it if you don't want to.

Oh yeah, and the resurrection of my banner thread told me I should post my latest banner...it's for my new choose your own adventure fic, and yes, I know it's in my signature, but one day it may not be, so here it is:

This is a banner I made recently, and I enjoyed making it...it shows my most recent obsession...yes...the Phantom of the Opera. Great book, movie, and most of all, music. It's my first ever movie banner and I figured I'd share it with you because hey, it was one of my adventures in bannerland...ok...done rambling, will shut up and post it now:
