ok another quickie on creating 3d perpective in photoshop. First off, this sort of image is easier to create using a 3d program such as lightwave or 3dmax, as these programs deal with 3 axis x (side to side) y (up and down) z (back and forward) as oppossed to PS with uses only two x & y.

That aside I will show you a quick way to create a 3d walk way in PS using the texture and perspective tools.

1) start a new sheet and set the background color to a dark gray. Create a new layer and using the "rectangle marquee" tool make a rectangle that fills just over a quarter of the layer (see pic below) and fill it with light gray

2) now go to filters-->texture-->texturizer and select sandstone from the drop down(leave all other setting default) this will become our floor.

3) now go to edit-->tranform-->perspective and drag one of the bottom corners outward (see below)

4) now for the side walls. Create a new layer and with the "rectangle marquee" tool draw a slim rectangle that covers the whole side of the layer (see below) and color it a medium gray.

5)now go to filters-->texture-->texturizer and select brick from the drop down(leave all other setting default)

6) go back to edit-->transform-->perspective click the bottom right hand corner and pull it upwards (see below)

7) now just duplicate that layer and go to edit-->transform-->flip horizontal and move that layer to the other side of the room to creat the other wall.

and thats it your done.

I haven't done a ceiling in this image but it can be easly added using the same technique we did for the floor.

Now this image was done real quick using PS's own textures to give you the basics, but you can get great effects using custom textures and playing around with the lighting effects to create a great 3d perspective images
