Greetings,
welcome to my very first own designed deckmaster.
It has went through some time of testing, yet it is not done.
This is like version 0.8 or something. ;)
I have to thank POE, X-Factor and xXSkywalkerXx for helping me testing this deckmaster in different states of it's evolution.
Here I present you the newest version.
Black Tyranno
Group: Dinosaur/Effect
Type: Earth
Level:7
Icon: Deckmaster
Atk: 2600
Def: 1800
Everytime a monster is normal summoned, set, or special summoned on your opponent's side of the field, you may choose to add a 'Dinosaur Egg' counter to this deckmaster by paying 200 life points.
Remove 2 'Dinosaur Egg' counters from it to special summon 1 'Dinosaur Evolution Token'(Level 3/Earth/Dinosaur/500 ATK/1500 DEF) to your side of the field in attack position.
When one of your 'Dinosaur Evolution Token' is somehow removed from play(applied if the final outcome of an action removes it from play), you may choose to either decrease a face-up monster's attack or defense by 150 for the remainder of the duel, increase a face-up monster's attack or defense by 200 for the remainder of the duel, or increase your life points by 300.
Once in the current duel, you may special summon one dinosaur sub-type monster from your deck to your side of the field in face up attack or defense position.
You may see that there is more to it, that you have to take advantage of it's effect in different ways.
It is not yet fully balanced(as I said: version 0.8 or something like that), but I had a couple of funny duels with it, the win/loss rate is kind of balanced, and almost all were close games.
I chose a dinosaur(Black Tyranno), because dinosaurs basically represent evolution, and what in Duel Masters is called 'Evolution Monsters' is called in Duel Monsters 'Tribute Monsters'.
Now that may give you a hint on one of this deckmaster's uses. ;)
I am looking forward to your replies, and be sure to face a newer version of this deckmaster, soon.
Thanks in advance for your criticism(correct english word, as I hope),

(Some people rated this deckmaster very weak on the first time they saw it; if you need, I can give you some explanations on how to make good use of it's effect)
Experiences
(Here I list some match-ups against other deckmasters and how they worked, also I will rate the difficulty.
10:0 means it is as easy as stealing a candy from a child, while 0:10 means you better try to build yourself wings of rock and try to fly with them, your chances of success are better than those in this duel)
vs. Blue-Eyes White Dragon
4:6
The Blue Eyes has the same goal as the Black Tyranno, but in the early game his advantage is speed. If you survive long enough, you may get a slight advantage, but it will surely not be easy.
vs. Kaizer Seahorse
5:5
By all means a true opponent. Again, if you survive the early game, you get advantage. But in this match-up, surviving is a bit easier and the advantage in the end is slightly bigger.
vs. Red Eyes Metal Dragon
1:9
Your chances of surviving are really not that good, as this deckmaster is pure speed, and most of the time you are killed in the first few turns, if facing a skilled player. I do not even know what will happen in the late game, but with Limiter Removal their monsters are more than equal to your tributes.
vs. Airknight Parshath
6:4
I can not really tell where the advantage lies here, but they do not get out that strong monsters and you can defend yourself pretty well. In the end, either side may win, but you have the strength of tribute monsters on your side.
vs. Reflect Bounder
2:8
This deckmaster just totally counters yours. All you can do is waiting and pack your field with some defense, until you get the chance for one devastating attack.
For example, you get Harpie's Feather Duster, are backed up by a Mystical Space Typhoon in your hand or on the field, crush their spells/traps, then get their monsters via Change of Heart/Snatch Steal, destroy the remaining monsters by Raigeki, if needed, summon tokens, get tributes out, special summon your deckmaster and hit for an instant deadly blow.
In five rounds I only 1 time came close to defeating my opponent, thus, it is not really impossible to beat a Reflect Bounder deck, but you will surely have a hard time and need good draws.
The good thing is, they do not have many beatsticks to clear your field, so you can stall pretty well.
Interesting. Able to create a combo deck and also is not attempting to be over powered. I like it. However, we'll see how Magnet reacts.
I edited the level of the tokens in(3) and also some experiences against other deckmasters.
Kyubi, you can rate all the Deckmasters and say if you feel they should be in the next coming up of the set, lol. Im not the only person running this.
Good Deckmaster, but some parts of it seem too strange. IE, Dinosaurs need a bit more help then just to decrease a monster's attack or increase another's or gain life points. I think boosting up the decrease they make up to about 200 off, 150 gains good, and gain 300 lp. Aside from that, it's great, just a bit too weak.
