If you do not have any face up fire attribute monsters on the field to pay for the scorching sun feild magic card you may subtract 300 atk points from this monster to keep the scorching sun field magic card on the feild. When this monsters atk points reach zero you may pay 4000 lp to set an fire attribute monster as your dm.
