K...the board really hasn't been active at all, but maybe someone will read this and help me out a bit. Does anyone know anything about how to get emancipated from your parents? I really need to get some information on it...I dont want to even try to go to court if I dont know that I have a fighting chance. Financially its not really a problem, I can make ends meet cause I wont go to school full time, but...I dont know if a judge will find my situation heavy enough for a move like this. But...I dont know, things just aren't working, Im having a lot of problems that go beyond normal teenage anxsty stuff. Plus your opinion on the matter wouldn't hurt...Im seriouse about trying to get this done, but Im a little scared about the whole thing...its a big step, but I think its necessary.

I don't have any information on getting emancipated, but maybe you could find the information online? Or maybe you could go into a lawers office or even the library and look up some information on it. The lawers office might have some literature that you could have, but it might be all about how that person can help you so watch out for that. I'm sorry to hear that you need to do this, but I wish you all the best.
