Hi guys/gals.lol.
I need some advice.
Its all about an ex. Things finished for a few reasons but I still have to work with her. She is being a complete bitch and I have no idea why. To be honest what she done to me I should be treating her that way,but I am not like that usually.
I tried to talk things thru for the sake of working but she doesnt want to know. She has now turned most of my work mates against me because she told them a pack of lies I can only assume.
So do I just take things, like being treated like dirt or ignored or do I face off to her at work and let everyone know what she done. I really dont like doing things like that but I am fast running out of options.
Please let me know what you would do.

Actually I'd only one "option" in such a case: face off - no doubt about it!
But that's just me - so it's up to you. Once you've started it, there's no way back.

I HATE rumors... so I am one to say face it! Head on babe!!

However, I wouldn't do it in a way that it could come across as sour grapes. Find ways to casually let people know what she has done. Proof is always the way to go. This way, you don't come across as the ass she is probably making you out to be.

If your friends don't care enough to hear your side of the story, in the end... is that who you really want to spend your free time with?

Thats what I didn't want to come across as. Basically I hate her now,but don't like the atmosphere at work.You see its the people we work with who she is turning. They are not really friends,more colleagues but we have known each other for years. So she is kind of pissing me off and hurtful that its happening. Im sure if they knew how much of a bitch she could actually be they would think twice about her.
