And I won't feed you lines about how I wouldn't buy one because honestly... I might. But morally, it wouldn't be right. You don't want to exploit her, do you? Now... if she knew in advance that the taping was going on and gave her blessing on selling copies, then that's a different story.

If you charged above cost of resources, labor and P&H - then yes, otherwise - no.

Blessing plus a cut. I'm not saying that morality boils down to money, far from it. I am simply suggesting that the exchange of money has precedent in US law, and is as binding as a verbal contract for the puposes of any law suit that may arise.
