Dude.... I honestly have no idea about when it's being released. Our first list said the second of march, the second list said the sixteenth..... So I'm gonna imagine it's been pushed back but I'm not completely sure..... ??

ok i just looked at the official 21 grams site and it said that 21 grams is coming out in the USofA March 16th so I'm going to assume that....but i went on to IMDB to look at awards and stuff and check out how many awards it was nominated for and how many awards it won!! http://imdb.com/title/tt0315733/awards

Yeh, that's what I am waiting for too... :yes: Awards are pretty and if she is nominated or something they will say "Academy award Nominee, Clea DuVall" instead of just not mentioning her, and making me yell it out to everyone in the cinema.

I have a feeling that 21 Grams wont be showing at my local cinemas ever, and i have no money...so i'll have to wait a few months for it to be released on dvd over here.

Yeah, I have that problem too. But, i have also noticed that they aren't really playing it at many cinemas at all. I don't know why, the movie had alot of hype and stuff...the movie releaser people just like to torture us. :(

Charlize won best female actor for Monster, and I saw a clip - it looks amazing.

Naomi Watts was nominated for 21 Grams, but they didn't show much of her table, so I couldn't see if Clea was there or not.

i didnt see those awards but Naomi Watts was nominated at the grammies for 21 grams and i was looking up stuff about it and they said that 21 grams should have been picked for the award, but it wasnt. but i didnt catch the grammies this year, i was in pennsylvania.

man did anyone think that the lord of the rings took home too many awards? dam. it won everything it was up for in the oscars. 21 grams shoulda won sumthin...it was nominated right?

Hm, yeh - Peter and the little people took away a fair few awards. That happens every now and again, though, doesn't it? One movie just dominates until everyone is like "OK, you have thanked those people before. Get Off"

No, none of the LOTR's actors were nominated this year. But I heard somewhere, and I'm pretty sure that it's true, that LOTR 3 is the first movie in Oscar history to have a clean sweep...win in all of it's nominated catagories. That's INSANE to me.

Back to the Clea winning awards thing, Can you imagine if she did and became this big hollywood name not just an indie queen....I think that it would be kinda weird with all the new Clea posers around. Not that I don't want that to happen for her, if she wants it. But it would be weird for all of the fans who have been here for so long...ya know?

I met someone who knew of Clea about a month ago, at a party, (this is a big deal to me, no one around here knows her) and I was all happy until she said that she only liked her "good movies" like 'Can't Hardly Wait' because "she has been ugly a bit annoying" in nearly everything else.

It equalled the record with Titanic and another film (Gone with the Wind?) But there are more Oscar catagories today.

IT did equal the Number of oscars...but it is the first to take home all of the oscars that it was nominated for. Titanic won 11 but was nominated for more and the same goes with the other film...which I think you were right about (Gone with the Wind)

For people in Australia who have been unable to see 21 Grams yet, i was looking through my local paper this afternoon and saw a review of the movie. I thought that was strange as it wasn't playing anywhere local, or so i thought. It turns out that it is now playing at a little cinema near here, and also at our local Greater Union. So, maybe if you check out some of the movie cinemas near you now, you may be in for some luck...?
