I just wanted to point out that at the top of the board it says:

Clea DuVall's latest news:  Clea's Teeth

Ehehe, yeah. I thought that was mad funny, m'self. ^_^

I'm glad someone's on the same page! :D

This is going to sound like such a weird question, but i was watching her early films like the Faculty, and her front teeth kind of over lap, then watching her later films such as But im a cheerleader, there straight again.
Is that just me, or did anyone else notice that?
They look great both times, it just seemed weird that they changed and i wondered if i was seeing things.

Dr. Nick - January 18, 2004 03:41 PM (GMT)
 I think you should take another look
 Her teeth are pretty much the same all the time ;) you'll notice that if you take a look at her newest movies like Identity.

Nothing - January 18, 2004 03:49 PM (GMT)
Okay, well thanks for pointing that out, i was just curious.

Lemming - January 18, 2004 03:58 PM (GMT)
I have a slightly similar question.
How do you actually pronounce her name...its been annoying meh for ages, because i cant work out how its actually said.
Probably me just being retarded but oh well.

Nothing - January 18, 2004 03:59 PM (GMT)
Aint it said like Clear?

Lemming - January 18, 2004 08:32 PM (GMT)
Noo, oh sorry, i dont think i posted
I meant in But Im A Cheerleader, how is Graham pronouned? Ive never heard it be a name for a girl before so i was just wondering.

Riley - January 19, 2004 02:47 AM (GMT)
Like cracker... (gram)

GrahamEaton - January 20, 2004 05:32 AM (GMT)
But did you not watch the movie? They said her name, like 800 times

Kate - January 20, 2004 06:54 AM (GMT)
Yeh, they say it like "gra'am"

Do you think they just gave her that name to be funny? Or is it an actual girl's name? I think it's hilarious. I am going to call my son "clea" and I don't care what child welfare say!

GrahamEaton - January 20, 2004 08:47 AM (GMT)
LOL. I love the name Graham. I use it all over the internet. If you ever stumble across a GrahamEaton online anywhere, know that it is me. I was even thinking of putting Graham on me license plate but I have yet to decide if that's cute or stalker-esque.

Kate - January 20, 2004 10:31 AM (GMT)
Yeh, I saw GrahamEaton on IMDB and I knew it was ma'girl Becka!

Yeah, i watched the film, but different people said it different. Like in the UK, i would say, Gray-em, not gram like thay pronounce.
I was just curious, that was all.
Sorry if it was a dumbass question, just wondering.

Riley - January 20, 2004 09:22 PM (GMT)
No, you are right. 'Cause I don't know about the rest of you... but I say erb... not herb. So in that case, it wasn't a dumb question.

iloveclea - January 21, 2004 02:41 AM (GMT)
i say a lot of words different with my south jersey accent... so i understand. B) by the way, i think english and australian accents are amazing. i love hearing people speak that have accents!!!

oh, and graham... on the forum on cleaduvall.net, some one signed up as graham and i thought it was you. but then she introduced herself and i don't think it's really you. :/ bummer, right? lol... i don't think i know anyone named graham but it's an awesome name. i'll look out for you over the net. ;)

GrahamEaton - January 21, 2004 05:35 AM (GMT)
Bitch stole my name!

Ooh, im getting good at these quotes. Anyways, im an aussie and american accent fan myself, everyone seems to like the English one, but ive watched so many american tv shows and films that when i say words that they say alot on film, they come out american, but im fully english, from smack bang in the middle of England...i think the area is called the Midlands-go figure.
Hehe...Clea's Teeth? you can almost see it on the 10.oclock news....
Breaking News Just In, We've Had An Update On The crisis about the missing teeth, they've been found and restored to their rightful owner-or something like that. Quite amusing i agree. ^_^

iloveclea - January 22, 2004 12:14 AM (GMT)
i think my new jersey/american accent is so strong that i'm completely incapable of sounding like i have a different accent. lol... every time i try, i sound completely ridiculous and dreadful! hehe. i think it's awesome that you dig american accents. i usually never hear of people liking our accents... just makin fun of us for it! so, very cool... thanks! ^_^

hysterogenic - January 22, 2004 02:21 AM (GMT)
i love all accents... with canadian, english, and aussie being my favs.. i think the accents from around the us, like a northern or southern accent sound weird i dont like them, and being from the south i have tried to kill my accent, but when i am really tired or drunk the southern draw comes out really bad.

we're so good at getting off topic that this thread really couldn't stay about clea's teeth for very long!!! lol

iloveclea - January 22, 2004 05:06 AM (GMT)
i hear ya hysterogenic! i'm always tryin to pretend i don't have an accent, when i'm real tired, drunk, or i've been home for a while, my accent gets really strong. it's definately a south jersey accent that sometimes sounds like a mix of a new york city accent and a canadian accent... if you can imagine that one!

Lemming - January 22, 2004 08:36 PM (GMT)
Accents...So much fun, i always try and do southern american accents, but it always comes out English.
Or jamaican...for some reason??
Its weird. Why were we talking about Clea's teeth anyway? I forget...anywhoo, When i get drunk-i usually just pass out, or talk slurred, but i mumble anyways, so same thing really i suppose.
What does a south jersey accent sound like then? And people always assume british people talk like the queen, its hilarious.
Im a commoner

iloveclea - January 22, 2004 08:43 PM (GMT)
if i could figure out how to record and post an audio message, i would so you could hear my "accent" and make fun of me. i can't even think of anyone remotely famous from south jersey or someone that you might know that has a south jersey accent so you could hear it! hmm... i will think of something...

Lemming - January 22, 2004 09:00 PM (GMT)
Hmm, is it southern? I dont know america at all, but cool thing is im coming over to visit USA next summer, and i should be going to university over there, if not, im soo coming to live.
Ill be a freaky ass stalker...oooh, so much fun.
My msn and aim both went kabloom at the same time. No wait, there working again, yipee

iloveclea - January 23, 2004 06:07 AM (GMT)
no, it's not southern at all. some of my family live in florida and they definately have southern accents, which sound REALLY different than mine. hmm... how to describe a south jersey accent... ok, so instead of saying "water" like normal people, i say "wadder". and i don't have a long "o" when i say home. it's more of an "eh" sound. same with "phone". when i say "borrow", it sounds like "burrow". i can't say "drawer" normal... it sounds more like "djar". i don't say "call", i say "cawwl". lol... stuff like that. i'll think of a better way to describe it sometime, but i think those examples kinda give you an idea of what a south jersey accent sounds like. and if you're ever in the US, and you promise not to stalk me, i'll talk to you sometime so you can hear my accent. ;)

Lemming - January 23, 2004 06:36 PM (GMT)
But stalking seems like so much fun. I could hide in the bushes with my binoculars and spy on people and...
Wait, this would be one of the moments when i should stop telling my thoughts to other people in case they think im weird right?
Yes yes, one of those times, but then wont they think im weird for talking to myself anyway?
Probably...
Plus, i tried saying all those words how you told me to, and i sound like im just...it sounds wrong.
Hehe...i seem drunk and like im slurring my words...which i usually do anyway, so what the hell!

Crys - January 23, 2004 08:49 PM (GMT)
wow.. a south jersey accent sounds (or, uh, looks like it sounds) an awful lot like the accent people (myself included) had in this town i used to live in, Streetsboro. Only, that's in ohio, so it's weird. Either that or, yeah, i'm just sayin' 'em to myself wrong too. Which is prolly the case.

Lemming - January 23, 2004 10:09 PM (GMT)
Wohoo, go accents.
Im so jealous of y'all with your USA, and your Aussie accents and things.
Stupid english accent....hehe, its insane.

Kate - January 24, 2004 02:46 AM (GMT)
^_^ Oh, English accents are grand!

You know what's getting to be an issue for me? Spelling. I never know whether to spell things in American or English... like:

Colour/Color
Rationalise/Rationalize

Plus, do you guys spell "artificially" without the second "i" in America, or is Hysterogenic just being tricky?

emma - January 24, 2004 11:31 AM (GMT)
oooh arent we getting technical now!!
next thing you know we'll have a spell checker and the computer will read the entries out to us..
wont that be fun!!

Kate - January 25, 2004 11:19 AM (GMT)
Yes, I imagine it would be... No, seriously, I actively imagine that as often as I can. Sometimes I sit in a crowded restaurant and when a waiter comes up to me, I yell "Look, I need some space OK. Can't you see you're suffocating me with your love?" and then I rush out.

Lemming - January 25, 2004 02:26 PM (GMT)
Im not sure whether i should involve myself further in this conversation, or run away and never return before my brain is liquified into mushy brain...
:/ Descions Descions...

Kate - January 26, 2004 12:52 AM (GMT)
Yes, definitely something to think about...

Hey Lemming! I like peas!

hysterogenic - January 26, 2004 01:56 AM (GMT)
I've got legs!!!

U know whatelse looks classy and might make u more popular... whilst in a crowded room yell "It's In My Hair!!!!' and then run screaming out... it works wonders

Sally

Kate - January 26, 2004 03:10 AM (GMT)
I tried that to get out of lunch with those people from work, remember? Now everyone calls me "that crazy girl from the help desk" and insist that I wear a hair net... except for on smoking breaks, due to an unfortunate incident with a cigarette trick that went very wrong and an inconveniently placed recycling bin.

GrahamEaton - January 26, 2004 07:42 AM (GMT)
Ouch. That sucks.
