Title: Grammer Error Thread
Description: And some other crap

Lance - August 5, 2008 03:54 PM (GMT)
I thought I would make a general thread about grammatical errors you higher ups have made whilst making the forums. Given, nobody is perfect, but I thought it could help the site a little if these mistakes were cleaned up. I would also like to address how some of the rules are no longer in effect and/or out of date, or would just like to make a few observations on them.

QUOTE
1. Please keep a restraint on swearing unless absolutely necessary.
Hahaha.

QUOTE
6. No SPAM outside the SPAM section. That goes for random babble or things like "lkjfahdskjhgsdfklhsadfk BLAHhjhsadlkfjh", and posts that have only smilies.
I would still like to ban people who post "lkjfahdskjhgsdfklhsadfk BLAHhjhsadlkfjh" in the Spame forum, plz.

QUOTE
8. Do not bump topics. The way to tell if you're bumping a topic is to look at the date. If it was made over 3 weeks prior to the current date, then don't reply to it. However, if the topic is Pinned, or it is an RP Topic you have made, then feel free to bump it at any time.
I would also like to add that it should be okay to bump a topic in Spame. It's not like it's going to hurt anyone, or be like post boosting in another forum.

QUOTE
11. Avatars must fit 100x100, or they will be scaled.
This rule has been broke a loooooong time ago.

QUOTE
2. When you break a rule twice, you will receive another verbal warning.

3. When you break a rule twice, you will receive Warnings from staff. If your Warning Level reaches 100%, you will be temporarily suspended (up to a week depending on the severity of your actions) and your Warning Level will be reduced back to 0%. You will also have your powers removed for a period equal to your suspension after you return.
Wat.

QUOTE
Here the Staff talks about important things that need to be discussed.

And therefore, it's Staff only.
If it's staff only (meaning only visible to staff) does that need to be addressed in the first place. user posted image

Also (since my other post talks about a bunch of other different stuff, and I don't want this crowded in there):

Since the forum isn't as active as usual, I don't think there's a need for the bumping rule to be reinforced anywhere unless a spambot was the one bumping the topic. It's definitely up for discussion, though.

Someone has to fill the role, even if I already fit the roles of crazy narcissist and most likely to be a predator.
