Conclusion: Moving a thread from Spame to another forum does not transfer posts to one's post count.

The reverse is also true. Moving a thread from a forum where posts count towards total post count do not lower when moved to a forum that does not.

Deleting Test.

Conclusion: Deleting someone's post will not deduct points off their post count. It is also a great chance for mods to abuse their deletion powers by spamming up threads and then deleting their posts before any other staff member can serve jurisdictions.

Deleting a thread also doesn't delete any points from the post count from the thread's participants.

Deduction: Moderators, such as myself, are unable to ban outside of increments of 10% at any given time (the same or reducing a ban is also true). So if one (you know who) wanted to suspend a member for a month, instead of banning to 100% 3 times and reducing to 0% 2 times (good lord), one could just do one warning and ban their posting ability for x amount of days. A LOT simpler than the Punishments section way of doing it.
