story: he was in a bus crash and then he woke up under a bunch of ruble alas discovering what he is capable of, but...little while later was hunted down by the army, he had gotten away but still intended to help people

powers:running like sonic ,flying ,homing attack and talking without thinking if its nice or not.

personality:shady,wears white hooded coat,doesnt trust anyone and a in your face attitude plus he tends to hang around people who seem to get into trouble (he's the hero type but does have a dark side)

at first I did put more detail but when I went to backspace it it went back a page instead omg

well that's when you go back and edit it again. I can understand being lazy, but at least take the initiative to do it the next day or something. Leaving an unfinished RPC profile makes me sad T.T

why don't you try using the template demonstrations in RP profile regestration? there's at least 3 everyone uses.

You can't possibly fault me for this, it was too good an oppurtunity to pass up. =P

Some serious advice- characters take a really, really long time to plan out, and you can't just make them up on the spot. A really good characters has to have a history, motivations, and a real personality that all makes sense while being checked for power and realism. Your mistake is that you don't spend enough planning the character but rather just try to make someone you'd find cool. A character is a person, not a device, which is what you've skipped over here.
