play this game. it is one of the most bloody, violent games you will ever play in your life. Nevertheless, it is a very good game. you play as a man named daniel lamb, he's suffering from the side affects of an experiment that he's been going through for 6 years. You wake up at a mental hospital, because, well you've been in a coma for 6 years. You can't remember a thing. the only person you have is a cellmate named leo. anyway, the game is mostly stealth. hide in the shadows and it makes you completely invisible. to kill a guy, you need a weapon. that's where the fun begins :D your first weapon is a syringe, grab it and sneak up behind a guy who's not facing you. when you get up close to them, you can see a cross on his head. the longer you hold down the square button, (Or whatever button you have on your consel that it tells you to press) the more gruesome the kill. for instance, with a syringe:
hasty kill: grbs them from behind and drives the syringe into their heart. not a pretty sight.
violent kill: kick them in the knees and drive the syringe into their temple. not a very pretty sight either.
Gruesome kill: tackle them onto the ground and slam the syringe into their neck repeatedly. they make chocking sounds, but thank god it does not show it D: anyway, all around a good game. the only down side is that one guy can easily kill you in this game. that's why it's stealth.

I had a friend who rented the first Manhunt and said it was a stupid, but very gory, waste of time.
I don't play a game based on how much gore there is in it. I base it on how fun it is.
And if the first Manhunt was any indication, I don't think I'll be getting Manhunt 2, either. I'm probably gonna hold out for Assassin's Creed, or Mass Effect.

Oh yeeeeah, wasn't that the game that was ALMOST BANNED IN CALIFORNIA (or something along those lines; there was a debate about it being too violent or something, especially since a man committed a series of murders after becoming obsessed with tha game... I believe that was the story). >:PPP
I dunno... it sounds like one of those scary movies that has no plot, only horrific scenes that make you crap your pants. But instead of being scary, it's gory. And in place of being a movie, it's a game.

Wrong D:. This game actually DOES have a storyline. After escaping from the mental hospital, you have to find out about danny's past. Your on the run from something called the project. They want you dead. Danny keeps having flashbacks, that lead him to go to places, and find a certain person, or capture a certain person, or kill a certain person. The whole time, he's being badgered on by a cellmate named leo, but it turns out, Suprise, suprise, Leo isn't real. He's actually a dead killer who was put into danny's mind during the experiment I mentioned earlier. Apparently it was some experiment called the bridge where they put a killer with absolutely no memory or consience who is completely unaware of the person he's inside. Well, the experiment failed about halfway through, and leo wants to find a way to gain control of danny's body so he can be free. Yea, that's the storyline, kinda long if you ask me.
