a) Learn to type and spell. This is the internet, not a text message conversation.
b) It's a chao that's been customised somehow to look like chao from the Sonic games. You can do this with most of the characters, some looking more life-like than others.

And if you mean Rouge Chao, I believe that's Dark Flying/Flying or Dark Flying/Power.
Or it doesn't exist. Am not sure.
