I have to say, it would be an alright-ish game, but it's never going to happen. Sega confirmed this ages back.
That and it'd probably just be a less-flashy version of animal crossing, or something.

c) Read the thread/topic, there's no mention of an actual chao game coming out any time soon, or ever, for that matter. In fact, it was said there was never going to be a game just for chao, and if there was, it wouldn't work anyway.
