they're really aren't any rules in RPing exept:
1. No godmoding. Your character can't be invincible to all attacks etc
2. You can't dodge all the attacks you have to give your opponet a chance also
3. Your attacks can't be like all powerful. Sort of follows the rules of no godmoding

anyway, yea. The location is a city that was just hit with a nuke, how's that?

Ethan marx walked through the remenants of a destroyed city. Skelletons and half-discintegrated human bodies were strewn everywhere. "This is a massacre..."

blu happend to be wandering around and stumbled upon this small town... " gee... i wonder what happend here..." blu said in a low voice....

Ethan heard a small voice and hid behind one of the nearby buildings, peeking at blu through the long range scope of his semi-auto sniper rifle

blu heard a small rustle to the left of him so he ran for cover... he ran into a nearby house searching for the person he thought he had heard.

A small beam shot from ethan's right eye scanning the area then he sighted blu in the house so, ducking low he ran to the door and kicked it down, searching for blu. he lowered his gun for a second and looked at a picture. "Yep, it's him" He put the picture away and looked for him again

blu heard a loud noise downstairs and nearly freaked... * thinks * " what the hell is going on here." blu thought in confusion as he jump out the window into the next house. then blu sat next to the window and readied his sword thinking whomever might be coming might chase him... this house also had sand near it which he made into little sand balls to try and knock back his opponent for a steady shot.

Ethan heard the sound of a window shattering and crouched near the bottom of the nearest window. he looked out just in time to see blu jumping to the next house and making sand balls. Ethan slowly raised his sniper, aiming at blu's forehead hiding in the lower right corner of the house and fired a shot.

blu turned to look at the window wondering who he was fighting and noticed the sniper... blu then toook a sand ball and threw it... but before reaching eathan, blu made it explode right in front of the window... blu knowing he had cover jumped down. he then darted towards ethan hopeing he would have enough time to at least get behind ethan.

(Um, could you be a little more specific? You jumped through the window next to ethan? because if you jumped through the second floor window ethan's on the first and it wouldn't cut his arm)

Ethan saw the ball thinking it was going to hit him, and ducked down but then heard it explode just before it reached the window then looked up and saw blu running towards him, he quickly switched from the sniper to the handgun and shot at blu through the window.

"Damn." blu said as he tried to dodge the shots... unfortunately it didn't work out well seeing how he got shot in the left arm. " Well... that hurt @_@;;" blu said in pain... but at that time he pulled out his shotgun and shot it twice at Ethan hoping it would hit while wincing at the pain it his left arm... and after shooting his shotgun he put a blanket of sand over himself just incase.

Ethan ducked down, but the bullet caught his right shoulder, but thanks to the distance between them the firepower wasn't strong enough to blow his arm off "Damn..." He ducked down leaning against the wall, ripping off a piece of his shirt and tying it around his right shoulder to restrict the blood flow

( lol you forgot you "." at the end of your last sentance :P... that and i feel like making anouther rp character >_> )

after blu noticed he had a chance, he coverd the hole in his left arm with sand. then blu made a small opening in the sand and started running towards ethan. blu was hoping to get close enough to either shoot ethans arm or head off... or even get a chance at stunning ethan with his sword... and after that.. just simply stab him threw the heart.

Ethan looked up again and saw blu running towards him ethan stood up and drew his sawed off shotgun. "Bad idea." He aimed and fired.

blu was confused at this remark... " how so blu asked?" then after asking the question blocking the shot with the sand... soon after he noticed the bullet(s) was seeping threw his defense. "crap!" blu said as he put more cover up to stop the bullet(s) from making it threw... soon after he had stopped the bullet(s) he continued his dash for his opponent... only this time throwing sand balls to create a sort of "cover" to hide himeself while he ran towards ethan.

Ethan realized the technique too late. he barrel rolled to the side to dodge the attack, but got hit hard in his bad shoulder. He winced in pain, then forcing himself to stand up, he drew 5 shuirikens, and threw them at blu, hoping for it to penetrate his skin to release the neurotoxic poison inside of him.

( dont really know what neorotoxen is explain please. )

(it's the main essense in snake venom it paralyzes the immune system, causing the victim to be completely unable to move within the next 5 minutes of being hit)

( oh snap... oh well guess i'll try to take one hit dead on >_< )

blu thought nothing of them thinking they wouldnt make it threw... but still he dodged 4 not noticing the 5th one penitrating his outer skin. blu then felt weak not knowing what was going on he shot his shotgun once before making a "box" around him knowing something was wrong... blu started to become numb all over and stopped moving all at once... he knew this might have happend thanking the barrier he created around him for safty.

Ethan's eyes widened and he took the shot right in the chest. He fell backwards, but then undoing his jacket, showed that they only hit his bulletproff vest, not his actual body. Ethan saw the barrier of sand and walked around it wondering how to get through.

( dont know if i can still talk to myself, as in talking insde my mind lol, so just correct me if i aint allowed to do this )

blu sat there lifelessly and thought "ugh stupid toxin.." blu was waiting for the poisen to wear off becuase it was getting on his nerve not able to move... blu then heard someone outside the fortress and thought "why doesnt he just give up? theres no possible way in..." then blu just sat there and thought about the rocky mountians to pass the time.

(No, it's fine.)

Ethan drew a long knife and tested it by stabbing it intot he barrier. The knife scratched the surface. He tried again. It made a bigger scratch. "Hmmm..."

blu was counting the moments and it has been 4 minutes and 10 seconds... then he heard a scratching sound outside his barrier... " uuugh... i think he found it out... only 40 more seconds to go." blu said as he was growing scared at the continious scapping sounds. but blu knew how to take advandtage if he did break threw... all blu had to do now, was wait 30 seconds then the plan would be in affect. if Ethan didnt catch on.

Ethan was thinking for a moment. if something as simple as a knife could break through the barrier, then he probably wanted him to break through. Ethan took a few steps back contemplating this, then took cover behind the kithcen counter, pulling out his AK47.

blu bursted out luaghing after he unfroze, but soon after hearing someone readying there gun... " uugh... he found out.." blu said in annoyance as he dropped the barrier with a smirk on his face and thinking " only one chance if i miss... i'm pretty much dead..." after that... he shot his shotgun continuesly at ethan hoping to get a head shot off as soon as possible.

Ethan launched from his hiding place, sliding across the floor on his good shoulder, a red beam emiting from his right eye, he targeted blu and fired at him, quickly sliding behind the couch and pausing only to reload.

" ooh snap!" blu said as he jumped to the side barely doging the shot as it hit the wall behind blu. shards of glass went flying everywhere as it hit the wall and cut blu up bad. " ow...." blu said in pain as he tryed to lift his right hand to shot at the couch... but then blu stoped and put a stronger barrior around himself... soon after finishing the barrior blu tended to his wounds.

Ethan peeked over the edge of the couch, seeing blu in a barrier, he cursed and looked for a better area of cover when he came out.

" mmm... he's not very patient." blu said as he was finishing up his wounds. then after sitting there and thinking for awhile, blu then made the barrier more thickend but more close in for his next attack. soon after the walls were more closer blu took in a deep breath and started punching diffrent parts of the walls as fast as his wounds would let him. "man i hope this works..." blu said as he heard the needles pierce the couch, walls, doors, tv's, etc.

Ethan heard the needles being fired and dove behind the kitchen counter, but got 2 spikes in his legs as he was jumping. "Ow f**k... " He crouched and wiggled the needle trying to pull it out. He bit his lip to keep himself from yelling in pain.

oh dear god i allmost busted out luaghing at the cussing part. >_< )

blu heard ethan cuss, so, blu guessed he had hit. blu than tryed moving the fortress a bit closer from were the sound came but blu only managed to move it near the couch. and as soon as blu droped it... he started punching agian.

(Wait a minute, when did he punch before? You said he fired needles >>)
