Back story: When ethan was only 4 he got his first bb-gun. On his first try he killed a bird perfectly in the head. Shortly after, gang members broke into his house and killed both of his parents for money they owed them. Then they set his house on fire and left ethan for dead. Ethan's eyes were burned out during the fire. Ethan managed to escape the blaze and wandered the streets on new york city, before replacing his eyes with bionic eyes. They came equiped with laser sighting, and a DNA scanner to scan life forms. He left New York city to find a better place to live. he was then found near death by a ninja who raised him. He returned to New York city and joined a gang who indulged in mercenary jobs. Soonafter though, realizing he couldn't cooperate with teamates, he went solo, and is now one of the best known mercanaries in the city.
