Personality: He is slightly mad, so it varies. Usually violent.

Physical Appearance: A very tall Chao. He has quills with glowing tips that curl around so they frame his face. He has a tree coming out of the top of his head. His body and head are broun, with a gradient to green on his belly, arms and legs. He has vines growing out of the back of his wings.

Intelligence has little meaning. As he is a Chao, and therefore in the sonic universe, IQ is arbitary. Example: Eggman. 300 IQ and a bumbling idiot who cannot figure out that Sonic can do X and Y, but not Z, therfore, make a robot that can do Z and is immune to X and Y.

He can't run and be stealthy at the same time. Only one or the other.
