Ok, So I start Up more school
And All Is goin great untill I meet my PE teacher,
Hes a Mad Man! He Had Us All get in one ABC line in 10 seconds or We Got to do pushups till he Puked, and he never Pukes!
And There is This A punishment Called the Terminator, ,Its Where you Grab A towel, Fold it, Knell Over, AndSlide On the Floor Witth only Hand Balance! 4 times long and back!
What do I do!?!

If you're punished there's usually a damn good reason behind it.
Since he's a gym teacher, I'd say just fucking take it. People are so out of shape these days, it'll do you some good =/
You don't deal with a teacher, sorry to break it to you. You either have to be sufficiently smarter than them, which you obviously aren't because if you were you'd have already solved this, or you have to get them sacked. If you stand up to him you get owned, and he's obviously stronger than you. As Kiao listed, take it and stop being such a pussy.
Think of it like an hour and a half of mini boot camp.

Odd. My gym teacher is merciful. If I need to stop and rest, he lets me(since I have asthma). :D

That was the same case for me when I used to have gym. Actually my teacher got mad at me once because I didn't tell him that I was getting sick from my asthma when we were running outside. Although I think it may be partially because teachers are considered responsible if something happens to the student?

I once backtalked a gym teacher to defend a friend. ;p Silly idea. Everytime I saw the teacher, I thought he'd throw a fist at me or something.
