Yea... no. You need to make a RP profile first in the RP registartion, and this RP dosen't look like any fun, nor does it make any sense. Or follow any rules.
What about Chao that are neutral by definition?
How can you say that Chao are having a war without there being a neutral party of those who don't fall into either category?
