Anyways, Gratz, I guess
ALL chao levels get reduced to one at reincarnation, but if your stats suck even for level 1 it's your fault for not training it in the previous life. Reincarnation lets the chao keep 1/10 of every stat. It doesn't matter what type you make him, cuz if you plan on going Chaos the only thing that matters is the life you want him to change at.
I see. I never reincarnated any of my chao.
