What kind of chao is white with gold tips. Is it hero, dark, neutral, or is it still a normal chao.

No it isn't. It has a ball on it's head not i spiked ball or a halo. and it's body is white with a blue stomach and yellow tips. Hero chaos are white with a yellow stomache and blue tips (as in hands and feet). it is like a backwards hero chao.
