It's basically every member who wants to take part, which right now, is UDC, Blacks, and I.

Oh yeah, spame DOES NOT = an other forum where serious threads that don't fit into another section go. Appearently a few people actually fail to realize that.

Spame rooms are meant to have threads that are pointless and no one really cares about.

EDIT: At the part saying some people fair to realize that, I wasn't trying to be mean, I was just speaking sort of truthfully, since some people confuse the two.
