Ok, this'll

1. Get rid of all the bleedin' n00bs that come and don't post a registration topic so no-one know them and...
2. Get rid of the spambots.

If you've already guessed what I'm thinking... you may be wrong.
Ok, so when you register, on here, you're instantly a member right? Change the name of that group to 'Newbies' and make a group based off that (I believe the groups are called permission masks). Then make the new group called members.
Make it so the newbie group can only see the Registration table. Give the Registration table a password. That gets rid of Spambots...
Then, make sure that when newbies post once, that they go to the 'members' group. Then change all existing members to 'members'. Display the password to the reg forum in the description. (Like in the Art contests area).

It may be kinda long, but if you read, you'll know that this will permanently remove spambots from our lovely forum.

Only problem is that the SpamBots will start posting in there... :| And the password idea... Some newbs have no clue how to do anything... :|

Erm... In the forum description thingy say:
People who are new, post here.
Click the above link, and in the box, type in "(password)" (without the quotations) and you can post. Then you'll see the other forums we have.

Yeah, but some people wouldn't read it. But whatever, I'll go edit in in.
