Apperance: Nessie is a dark chao, with a few spikes out of the back of his head like shadow, and instead of a ball, Above his head, there is a flame. He is colored, black and green so that when he's in the water he looks a little like a sea monster.
weapons and equipment: He has a sword that he can hold. although it's short it still can deal heavy damage. he also has a card, that allows him free access in and out of station square garden.
Bio: He has developed a curious personality. he will usually wander off to investigate something, although he's not as stupid as to, let it get the better of him. He was born in station square garden, and he has had many adventures with his best friend, peaches.

Well, technically, Chao aren't supposed to have elements (as stated in the opening post in Kero's FRA) but Kiao's chao has a fire element, and Kiao is practically boss around the RP parts, so meh.

well the reason I gave him power over water is because, in my game his swimming stats are really high, and I thought that he should have power over what he likes to do.

shadow raised him. he has some of shadow's attributes. so I thought, Hey why not give him the spikes?

I gotta add some changes... Kiao pointed something out to me...
Nessie's weaknesses: Like any other chao, if you pet him, his chao balll will become a heart, and he will stop attacking for a short period of time, and become friendly. Like all the other chao also, offer him food, and he will attempt to quickly eat the food, before continuing to battle. Since he has water attributes, his weakness is electric based attacks. And also, if you are nice to him, he will become playful, and won't attack for a while. And if you toss him in the water, he can't help but swim for a while, before finnaly pulling himself out.
And sorry, I don't know if this is considered a bump or not.
