Well, Champions can be stronger than Ultimates some times (ala Angemon), but some times Ultimates can be weaker than some Champions (ala Pumpkinmon, if we're talking according to the show, of course). And it also depends on the Pokemon's move sets, if it knows Perish Song or Destiny Bond, well, the digimon are pretty fucked up there :/

Well, I'm simply comparing Digimon Champs to Pokemon Champs. Champs in the... y'know... second form sense.
