Title: Spam Bot Notice

UltraByte - November 16, 2006 11:06 PM (GMT)
I see we've been having a LOT of spambots over the few weeks. I am taking "action" against them, and will start deleting their topics. Please don't post in these topics anymore.

can i get an example topic?

Leo Leonardo - November 16, 2006 11:41 PM (GMT)
Instead of deleting there topics, install the number code to prevent them from joining anyways.

You have to buy a version of IF to get the code. So that won't be happening anytime soon.

I was thinking about making a topic like this... oh, well. Veeery well said.

SilentStrike - November 17, 2006 12:33 AM (GMT)
...How much would it cost?

I doubt that, UB. So many forums have it, there's not a chance they'd pay for it.

UltraByte - November 17, 2006 01:05 AM (GMT)
Nope. On another site I go to, they're dealing with it, and they said that if you want the code, you have to buy it.

Meh, double-post...

But I have noticed that you are starting to post in the spam-bot threads again.. Please don't.

Plain and simple: No more spambots.
