Title: Yet Another Topic About...
Description: y'know...

King Elemento - October 20, 2006 06:38 PM (GMT)
Ok, well, I made a topic about it about a year ago now, but I'm not sure how it'd going with this girl in half my classes...
To put it quick I asked her out and she said no.
To lengthen it slightly she gave me her email adress.
To lengthen it even more the only real reason I asked her out was because I fancy her and I thought she fancied me too, but i appaear to be wrong... But never mind...
Could anyone tell me if I made my move too late, too early, whatever. Should I try again in a month or 2? Over email, it's easier, so... Ah well...
But anyway, I'm just a newbie at this, so if anyone could gimme advice... I may give some more info later.

Try to you know, get on her good side, before you try it next time.

Simply get to know her. . .:3

Befriend her, then ask. ^o^

I think 'about a year ago' means I know her pretty well already, we're good friends, it's just... she'd rather it'd stay that way.

Nice advice SSC, really.[/sarcasm]

Then, before you ask, her next time ask her what her favorite place in the world, is but don't let her know that your asking that so that you can take her there next time, and then ask her if she wants to go there next time you ask her out. and if that dosen't work, I have absolutely no idea what you should do after that. girls work in strange ways...

Dude, you have to ask her out in person XD

I'm trying, at least? -.-'

You don't know her to the extent of her liking you, though. If she knows you and ends up not liking you, it is a lost cause.

In other words, get closer.

To be honest I... don't really have the courage to do that, I'm an absolute wimp!

We ARE friggin' close, I sat next to her in English AND Geography last year, and I gave her the words to the Llama song, which she really likes, she thanked me for it greatly, only she just wants to REMAIN FRINEDS, don't you get it?

If she said a different country do you REALLY think I'd be able to take her there? Bearing in mind we're BOTH only 12... ¬_¬

This just isn't helping... :(

Okay boys, let a girl handle this. ;3

Here's a little heads up from a girl's point of view.

She may like you. However, she might be afraid to step into a relationship with you. Some girls like having guys for friends. Maybe she just wants to keep you as a friend. 'Cause perhaps she's already gone through a tough relationship and she doesn't want it to happen again. She might think that being your friend has more perks than being your boyfriend and she also might think that everything will be ruined if you two break up.

She could like someone else and not be interested in a relationship with you, on the other hand. Girls can be picky.

Here's my advice.

1) Give her some space and wait for her to come around. Get on her good side and let her know you'll always be there for her and you'll be her friend.

2) Move on and find another girl.

That is all.
