Title: World Trade Center
SilentStrike - August 20, 2006 04:12 PM (GMT)
Wowwww.... This was a good movie. If you're not familair with what the signifigance of the Trade Center in America, I will explain...but most of you know o.o
In September of 2001, Bin Laden crashed two planes into the buildings, and killed...lots... of people.
The movie was really sad, though. I really don't understand how people fealt as they lost family or friends, but seeing their pain was like...I dunno, like it wants to make you cry.
My friends' father died a during 9/11, and it was really sad, well, I knew the dad really well, and since they live close to us, we could here them wailing as their children flew in from other states, then they gathered at the front door, and it was really sad.
Jay Kay - August 20, 2006 04:14 PM (GMT)
Bin Laden didn't crash both the planes into the buildings.

...My dad lost one of his high school friends. One of the kids at my school lost both his parents...it was hard. I didn't understand what was happening at the time because I was so young, but now that I look back on it it's really, really sad...
I went to Ground Zero once...I couldn't handle it, and neither could my mom. It's just so tragic...

San-Ting - September 15, 2006 01:54 PM (GMT)
but why!? why whas that happend!? what was the cause!? why happened!? who has debt!? why the WTC!? (and the Pentagon) why!?
RenzoZach - September 15, 2006 10:24 PM (GMT)
because binladen hated us for our freedom.
Leo Leonardo - September 16, 2006 01:05 AM (GMT)
It's a good thing there were more surviors then people killed, about 16,000 people survived, and about 3,000 killed, if it was the other way around, oh jeebus help us.
RenzoZach - September 17, 2006 10:18 PM (GMT)
3,000 is still a very big number.

I can tell already that you're too young to understand. There were many reasons. But, the main one was that there are people out there that hate the US. Imagine that, eh? And, since those people hate us so much, they want us to loose the freedoms that we have. If I wasn't american, I might hate us too. We're arrogant and power hungry, and we barely think of any country but ourselves. We'll let thousands of people die in Iraq just so we can have oil, not to mention a second but almost powerless America.
But, this whole entire thing could have been prevented. We all know who really did this.

That's my opinion. Take it or leave it. The day he gets out of office I'm throwing a party...
RenzoZach - September 18, 2006 10:29 PM (GMT)
well that's not entirely accurate. after we figured out what was really going on in iraq we sent troops there to free them all from that insane maniac who led the attack, binloden. but I do agree, busch isn't all that great of a president.
Kiao - September 20, 2006 01:00 AM (GMT)
Technically, he didn't do it.
And also, he wasn't in Iraq at all.
Third, you spelled 'Bin Laden' wrong.
Fourth, he's clearly not insane after orchenstrating such powerful and effective attacks.
6. He didn't hate us for our freedom, he just didn't like us getting involved in the Middle East, because it's none of our business.

Oooh, it's gonna be fun PWNing your point...it's definetly been a while (since I've PWNed anyone). Let's get started, shall we? :D Oh, and thank you for agreeing with me on Bush. The moron only got in because his dad was president, and soon his brother will be running and he'll probably win too, because America is filled with a bunch of a** kissing morons.
First of all, nothing was going on in Iraq that wasn't going on before 9.11. Saddam was a tyrant for many years and the U.S. didn't do anything about it. If we had really gone there to "save the people" then we probably would have done it a long time ago. We really went in there for the oil and to have some kind of control in the middle east.
Second of all, Bin Laden was assumed to be in Afghanistan. We sent troops to look for him there, but we failed. Miserably. So, since we were already in the area anyway, we decided to link Saddam with Bun Laden. How? Government officials claimed that their information had shown that Bin Laden might have been in Iraq, and that Weapons of Mass Destruction (WoMD) were being manufactured and possibly sold. The U.S. wanted Saddam to confess, but there was nothing to confess to. So, Saddam (trying to keep the little pride he had left in the world) refused to cooperate. That gave us the opportunity to go into Iraq.
Now, when the non-existant WoMD were never to be found, Bush and his crew had to find a new reason to be in Iraq. So, then he told the U.S., "Oh! We didn't find any WoMD....BUT LOOK! INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE BEING HURT BY TERRORISTS! We must free the people!" Thus, everyone's attention was pulled away from the WoMD and Osama Bin Laden. Bush and his crew's plan was going into motion. They were going to find Saddam, put him in prison, then take over Iraq for themselves. And that's exactly what they did. What's in Iraq that's so important? OIL. NATURAL RESOURCES. OIL. OIL.
Plus, Bush has been retardedly claiming for the past couple of months, "We need to go over there so they don't come over here. Terrorism must be stopped." HELLO YOU FREAKIN' WEED?! They already came over here! 9.11! And terrorism will NEVER be stopped. Terrorism is EVERYWHERE in EVERY COUNTRY AROUND THE WORLD. There is no way that America could ever defeat terrorism for good. The best we can do is protect ourselves from it at best we can.
So, here's a little conclusion. We only went to Iraq for the natural resources and claim to some kind of land in the middle east. We were supposed to be after Bin Laden, but that was barely ever part of the plan. The master plan was to somehow get into the middle east so that we could get some oil for this country.
I would go into how America is destroying itself when it comes to the economy and natural resources, but I see no reason to because that's completely off the point I'm trying to make.
Thank you for reading. I hope that anyone here who actually believed in Bush had the sanctity of their very ignorance crash upon them, and they wake up to a new realization. Bush and his office are doucshes.
Jay Kay - September 20, 2006 02:51 PM (GMT)
Basically, you can all blame Bush for this, that and the other but quite frankly, all wars in existence have taken place due to one, and only one factor.
The greed of man.
RenzoZach - September 22, 2006 10:43 PM (GMT)
you can't argue with that, everybody on this godforsaken planet is pretty greedy. including, myself, and everybody I know. It's just in our nature to start a war, for control of some part of the world. I'm not that good at history, and correct me if this is the wrong guy, but alexzander the great, was pushed by greed to take over the world, And sweetie is right, it is greed that started this iraquien war. (sorry if if iraquien is spelled wrong) And it is greed that pushed sadam to attack our country. or binladen. I get these two confused a lot.

It is for that exact reason that you should NOT make statements about them because you don't know what you're talking about.
RenzoZach - September 24, 2006 03:48 PM (GMT)
I didn't say I didn't know what I was talking about, I just get these two confused. but now I know that it was binladen who bombed us.

If you're confused about these two people, then you shouldn't talk about them at all. That's what Kiao is saying. You're not making a very valid point in the conversation if you don't know any details/facts.

RenzoZach - September 26, 2006 04:19 PM (GMT)
don't get too fat from all the bacon they will feed you.
Kiao - September 26, 2006 08:20 PM (GMT)
Canadian bacon isn't even bacon, and at the same time, Canadians are much skinnier than we are.
RenzoZach - September 27, 2006 01:52 AM (GMT)
do you have to correct me, every single time I talk?
Kiao - September 27, 2006 09:27 PM (GMT)
You're technically not talking, you're typing, and yes, yes I do.
RenzoZach - September 27, 2006 11:27 PM (GMT)
Well true, but then again you're technically not correcting...you're just being a prick.
Kiao - September 28, 2006 01:09 AM (GMT)
A little bit of both, kid. :P
SilentStrike - September 28, 2006 02:32 AM (GMT)
I'm actually not overweight at all.
5'8 and 140 lbs. Built strong with huge legs, and a bony collar bone.
RenzoZach - September 29, 2006 11:09 PM (GMT)
and why are we discussing your weight?
