Title: Inactive Member Sweep

I think CP should have an inactive member sweep, where every member with 0 posts is deleted. KCG did one and I thought it was a really good idea.....

I think there should be a limit though. Like if they haven't posted once in two months delete the accounts. But sometimes we might not know because spam room doesn't count to your post counts so a member could've posted in there a million times and not anywhere else...
