This is something that happens once in a blue moon but your chao can get sick. you need to take them to the doctor if they constontly sneeze and shake there heads. one of my chao Forest is his name got really sick and I didnt know what to do sence it had never happened before. have you ever gotten a sick chao?

Oh my gosh! Can chao get sick and die?? because that may have been the thing that took my chao Tiny when I wasnt looking.

If your chao is coughing or making strange noises or acting kinda strange, it probably means your chao is sick. Here I will list some types of colds and what is done for your chao to get them.
Coughing/Cold - Your chao will get this if it has been left in the water for a VERY long time like around a human hour. (hard but in sadx easy)
Stomachache - Your chao will get a stomachache if it is a big eater and it has been eating non-stop for a long time.(easy but harder in sadx)
Rash -siting to long(cry baby chao only hard)(sadx hard)

Now, the only way to cure a sick chao is to simply take it to the doctor, he will give the chao some medicine and he'll be all better.
Now a mistake is to notice these things and to never treat it by taking it to the doctor. If the chao's sickness isn't treated by the time it has to die/reincarnate, it will die no matter what.

No Tiny was my first chao on my gba and I moved him into the gamecube and then he died or ran away...
