cloud you don't have to be so harsh about it. carl, you have to get the image url.

You don't need to host on image shack.
Just get it directly like right-click, properties, copy the URL (unless you're on like google, for which just click the pic and their should be a page with just that on it and copy the URL from the adress bar), and then paste the desired URL in your Avatar Settings thing and your avatar will be in proportion with the max size of avatars on the fourm.
