Well, finally, I got around to making this: The One Piece RP. Rules do apply, and below that is what your profile must contain...

1. No godmoding, although godmoding rules will be lax. This is One Piece after all, and certain rulebending does apply.

2. No RPing for other people. It ruins it.

3. No using already made characters, or Devil Fruit powers. Please, if you use a Devil Fruit, KNOW THAT YOUR CHARACTER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SWIM(unless you can find a loophole). Use this site for all the Devil Fruits and general information on One Piece.

4. You may use only TWO characters. Just two.

5. ABSOLUTELY NO CHAO/KITSUNES/SAIYANS/MOBIAN CREATURES/HEDGEHOGS/WHATEVER. See the profile to see what kind of races are available.

6. Mermen cannot use Devil Fruits, but they can use other unique abilties.

7. Devil Fruit names must be in Japanese. Use this site for translation. I'll be translating Devil Fruit names personally.

I'll add more rules as I think of them. Here's what the profile should look like:

Devil Fruit Power Explaination: Allows the user (Kiao) to transform his body into water, and reform again. Fruit becomes more powerful the more water is nearby, but if water is polluted, effect won't be as strong. When in water form, weapons pass right through him. Kiao can also use this fruit to become a current in water, allowing him to move quickly in it, as well as manipulate things in the water.

Other: As a child, Kiao became afraid of water when his mother drowned, and his father was killed by Marines who mistook him for a famous pirate. Therefore, he hates the Marines. After eating the Miku Miku Fruit, he realized that he was no longer afraid of water, in fact, he could use it to his advantage. But he also realized that he couldn't use polluted water very well, and if cut off from large bodies of water or in dry areas, his power would weaken and his energy would be drained. Kiao now seeks a crew to explore the world with, as well as to destroy the Marines, and possibly make a fortune, too.

Later he found the Unido Unido fruit, which alows the person who eats it to practically be the wind its self at will. His only weakness is sand. He searches the world for a crew that will join him, and become stronger than any other pirate that has eaten a devil fruit.

Background: Shakujo was born in a small town far from the Grand Line. One day, a crew of pirates came and wanted food, water, and a place to stay. Everyone in that village hated pirates, so everyone said no. Well, the pirates, angry, tore the town up and wound up killing Shakujo's mother. His father was a pirate who set out for the Grand Line, but never came back. So Shakujo, an orphan, decided to go set out for the Grand Line to find his father and get the treaseure to re-build the town. He ate the Chi Chi fruit when his crew was starving. The Chi Chi fruit had happened to be in the sea, just floating. Shakujo took it, cleaned it, and ate it, not knowing about the Devil Fruits. He later found out about them, and uses the earthern powers to his advantage.

Appearence: Shakujo has a muscular body, not EXTREMELY buff, but not EXTREMELY weak either. He has spiked up blue hair, a scar diagnolly over his body. He has blue eyes, and a good sense of humor. He is overly-sarcastic sometimes, and sometimes over-serious. He wears a black headband with a statue of a shark that is chasing a small fish, the symbol for the Stone Sharks. He also wears black jeans with many pockets. He carries a Katana, which is shealtherd on his back, you know, like the shealth with the strap the goes over your body. He usually has a toothpick in his mouth, like Cid from FF7. He is 6' 3" tall and is skinny. He weighs 290 lbs., most of which is muscle.

Okay, now I think I can start this RP...

In a bar in some unknown little village at night, a party was going on. Singing, dancing, and heavy drinking was the atmosphere, when a cloaked figure walked into the room. The other people, either too drunk or busy to care, ignored him, and he sat at a nearby barstool. Suddenly, there was a woman's scream and the cloaked figure turned around. A man was holding up a knife to said woman's neck, and the woman was a bartender, and she was rather...attractive. "Now there, sweetie, you best be giving me your tips for tonight..." The woman again screamed for help, yet almost everyone ignored her, except the cloaked figure. "Excuse me." The figure stood up and slammed the armed man across the face. The man stagged up, with his left hand, covering his bloody nose, and with his right, he aimed his dagger. "Oh, you're going to be regretting that, laddie." He thrust his dagger through the figure's chest, and the clothing ripped. The figure continued stepping forward, and pulled out the dagger, and threw it into a nearby wall. The dagger was dripping water. The figure threw off his cloak, and the hole in his chest closed up. "Bad move." The kid flung his fist at the shocked man's face, and it transformed into a bubble of water, and he held the man's face inside, slowly drowning him. The flailing man's movement attracted some drunks, who faced the kid and began to attack...

Aiko smirked. "Cheers!!" She laughed clinking the bottle of wine with everyone. She sipped down. "And tomorrow, I have to go to the seas. My sis' the Lt., will be the cap' for the week. And thus, thanks guys!" She said, having another chug of her drink.

Aiko smiled. "Okay! Now it's 4:00 AM! You guys better get rest!" She said, then got an anime sweat drop. "Their...asleep..." She glared in confusion, then went to her bed. Her pet followed.

Kiao narrowly dodged bullet fire, which shattered nearby sake bottles and caused some people to run, although some heavily drunk people ran straight into walls and knocked themselves out. Kiao's fist returned to normal, and flung the man he was drowning at the man armed with the pistol, knocking him out. A sword being unsheathed could be heard, and Kiao lifted a barstool to block the sword, and kicked the swordsman in the stomach, causing him to fall. Kiao then grabbed the sword, and faced the last assailant, who was attacking with...his shoe. He pointed the sword at him and grinned. "Do you really think you can do anything with that?" The man burst into anime-style tears, grabbed his defeated colleagues, and ran out of the bar. Kiao grabbed his torn cloak and flung it over his shoulder. "Meh, well, I'll be on my way." He grabbed a bottle of sake and chugged it, before setting it down gently. On his way out, he looked over at the barmaid, hiding behind the bar. He sighed, looked around, and stole a bag of coins from an unconscious drunk and threw a few silver coins onto the bar. "For your troubles, miss." She picked them up and examined them. "T-Thank you..." He walked casually out of the bar, amid the stares of the drunks and other folk who were watching from outside. He put his sword in his belt, and smiled, and kept walking past. "Remember that Kiao the Splash was responsible for this." He walked into the forest, and was out of sight.

Water was suddenly accumulating in a puddle, near Shkana, and the puddle grew bigger and bigger, and eventually stopped growing. The puddle then took on a humanlike shape, and eventually, Kiao was fully reformed. He looked around.
"Ooops. Wasn't aiming to condensate on a roof...need to work on that..."

((I changed Shakujo. He uses Earthern powers now, and is captain of the Stone Sharks crew.))


A man gulped down his wine. "Ah....Now that's some good stuff." he said with a sigh. A man with a tatto of a shark statue on his left arm walked up to him,. drunk. "Hey Captain! How's about me and you go down to the sea nad mae ou-" Before he could finish his sentence, the man punched the drunk guy in the mouth. "Watch what you say Max." The man looked over at a few mores guys drinking and having a good time. "Hey. Kilin. Slashh. Take Max back to the ship." "Yes Capin' Shakujo!" said Kilin and Slashh with a salute as they dragged Max away. Shakujo got up and started to walk out of the door when he remembered something. He looked at a ton og men drinking. "Hey. MY lads. Get movin'. Get back to the ship." All of them looked at Shakujo dissapointed. "Aw, but we were havin' us a good ol' time!" Shakujo made a terrible face with a grunt. "They all got up and walked out of the door. After they all left, Shakujo tossed a big bag on the counter, the money he owed for the drinks. He walked with his hands in his pockets towards the harbor. Wehn he reached the harbor, his crew was standing there, as if waiting. Shakujo pushed them out of the way. "Move." He walked ahead of his crew, they all looked out towards the sea. Shakujo pulled out his katana and stabbed it into the ground. A gigantic stone ship arose from the waters, and the crew boarded.

(I'll go with that, but not ANY kind of earth. There's already the Suna Suna fruit, that lets you control sand...but whatever floats your boat. Just ignore what I said.)

Shakujo was standing on the bow of his ship, the wind blowing his hair back. He was just looking out at the sea with mad eyes. Some screams were heard, and he jumped from the bow. He looked around. Merfolk were attacking! "Crap.....I hate not being on land.....He dashed up and turned his hands into stone. He started punching merfolk, but they eventually overpowered him. They destroyed his ship and all his men. He was drifting on the sea on a peice of wood....

Aiko smiled. She put a small magic note on everones door, saying she is gone. She got her sword, then stepped onto the plank, jumping of into the air. She was right overhead Shakujo's ship, not knowing. She pushed her chest out and put her legs together and arms out, imitating a bird, not scared a bit that she was falling from the sky. Getting closer to earth, her eyes widened. "Crap!"

She used her devil fruit power allowing her to turn into a bird. Flying down, she landed strait on Shajuko's ship. She turned into her regular self. "Um...SORRY!!" She screeched, stepping back.
