Aahh The Ren Sisters....
...the future Jade Curtis', reasonably talented players that have a lot of hype surrounding them before they even start playing on the regular junior tour. In fairness they seems to be doing well on the British tour already and with a little luck and dedication could revive British tennis a little.
Cavaday and Curtis have had pretty good junior careers, Naomi I think is now 24 in Juniors which is pretty solid and might suggest she could compete as a top 100 player on the main tour (she's 403 in WTA).
Keothavong has played a string of WTA tournaments, losing 1st round in each but at least she is challenging herself and not just wasting time in challengers as much.
Mel South and Katie O'Brien are both now top 200 and maybe could sneak into top 100 with a little luck...
With Elena Baltacha returning for the Aberdeen cup and hopefully finding some consistency (she has reached two 3rd rounds of Grand Slams remember?)... British tennis in terms of women could slowly be improving.....hopefully....a bit....well it's better than it was 3 years ago thats for sure.
