Europe lead 5-3 after Day 1. Garcia earned two points with great wins. Yet again, Tiger failed to deliver

Boo!!!!
Ah well, another spanking for the US team. It's a shame, really, that the last couple have been so one-sided. The last few matches lose their dama, when it's pretty much all over. Even the times US lost or tied, I found the cup much more enjoyable to watch, when it was a close contest. Maybe next time will be more competitive.

Well done Darren Clarke! :D
