I hope Makiri can capitalise on Na Li's recent form.
There are only 16 people in the draw... :yikes:

Not the worst draw that Lindsay could have hoped for, Srebotnik is a tough opener, it'll be interesting to see if Lindsay has still got Mauresmo's number if they play, anyway, she better at least win a match

Why does Myskina always draw JHH? :( And etrova and Schnyder always seem to avoid the big guns

There is an actual chance that all 8 seeds could make the quarters.

I think Lindsay will; Petrova has to turn things around at some point and we surely can't be seeing another 1r loss; that would just be...well words couldn't describe.

I hope Lindsay does get to the quarters and beat Momo; A because Im a Lindsay fan but also because I just think it would be funny if Lindsay STILL dominated Momo considering the year they've both had ;)

I expect Justine to get to the final; she'll probably beat Myskina who hasn't really settled on the US hardcourts; she was in excellent form for the grass court season but has jt gone completely off the boil. I don't think that loss to Serena in the first round of a tier 3 helped either. Perhaps the challenge of playing Justine could bring out the best in Anastasia though.
