Groenefeld defeated Safarova 6-1 6-4 :yikes: Anna-Lena seems to be back on track for real which is great to see.

Yup she's not the player she was when she reached the Australian Open QF the other year...
In other news Agnes Szavay is out as well, losing 62 63 to Andreja Klepac :yikes:

Kvitova continues to build on her French Open run, whilst Klara destroys the girl who caused Sveta problems at Wimbey in round 1.

Marosi, who is 28, and ranked 799 is on a roll! She has been ranked as high as 101 back in 2000 and hasn't seen to have been around much since then playing mainly on the ITF Circuit. Still she has done well to see off Pironkova who seemed to be getting back to her best this season.
