With Nadal making an early exit, who do you think will win Rome? Is it Fed's to lose now? Nadal's half of the draw has - unsurprisingly - opened up now, leaving Davydenko with a good chance of reaching the final - although Ferrero may have some momentum going after his win over Rafa. Djoko is seeded to meet Fed in the semis - could he repeat his AO feat of ousting Fed in the semi? is there anyone else who could do it - Wawrinka has just beaten Murray and no longer has to face Nadal in the next round. What about one of the Americans who are notoriously weak on clay but no longer have to face Nadal at any point?

Federer because he is the best left in it and really ought to make th efinal as long as his health is OK. I had picked Fed before so was never going for Nadal. I just figured he was pushign himself too far this time and backed Fed.

I chose Davydenko...cause I 'll be the only one choosing him....And I'll look very good if he wins! :P

Picking Federer would do nothing to distinguish myself from the rest of the fedfans! I have given a deep thought over Choka's concerns that some here are too much of fedtarts and I am trying to redeem myself. :ok: (I might as well use choka's favourite smilie)!

Davydenko is a good choice now. He is my second choice but I'm nto Fed-tarting :D I just think this is now Roger's to lose and I bet he is chuffed to bits with Ferrero today.

Actually, though you didn't put Ferrer on your list, he could have a shot at upsetting Federer. I'm certainly hoping for a Ferrederer QF, as I think it could be a very good match.

yeah, tbh, i put Robredo in there 'cos he won Hamburg a couple of years ago and is one of the only players who was on Rafa's side of the draw who i could see making much of an impact. I think that davydenko will probably do it. Although, i'm going to pick other - 'cos i just wonder if someone surprising will get to the final and Fed will underestimate them..... :unsure: but i don't know who...... :blink:
