Qualifiers Diego Hartfield (who gave Fed a decent match at RG) and Diego Junqueira both won their opening matches today against more well-known names R. Vik and C. Rochus. For both, this was their first match win at the ATP level.

Actually it looks like it was a good day for the qualifiers in general. Anybody familiar with these guys? I only know of Hartfield as Federer's first-round opponent at RG.
