I had a very nice time thanks - or, that should be - am having a nice time :D

the evening before my birthday, my bestest chum took me out for a meal and to see Sweeney Todd and gave me some very nice stuff for my hols.. and on the day itself I got the second series of 'my name is Earl' (I love that show), some new jewellery, some lovely purple glass lanterns for the garden and summer bbqs, a new book and some purple cider! and of course my nice new computer already set up :D Mr Pebs came home with a bunch of roses (my fav) and a Thorntons chocolate cake to celebrate and once we got the kids to bed, we pigged out on chinese takeaway.

Today I got the three Pirates of the Carribean films and am finishing my chinese!

Tomorrow Mr Pebs and I are off to a restaurant to carry on celebrating and then the following week, a night out with the girls and more pressies cos I can get pissed and not worry about work cos it will be half term! :chesire:

You party animal you :D WTF is purple cider? :yikes: I like the sound of the garden lanterns cos I have a fair few myself and lot sof those glass ornaments, although I have to choose carefully becuase they are easily borken by animals

Yeah, I will need to be careful with these - they are quite delicate.

The cider has blackberry liquer in it - making it purple! Knowing my love for cider and all things purple - my sis in law thought it was a fab find! I had some last night - its quite dry - I expected it to be sweet - but it went down rather well!

Ahhh! I was worried it was just coloured with chemicals like those WKD drinks, cos they give you stinking hangovers. I bet it looks nice in the glass :D My bessie mate's fave colour is purple, it suits her well and I always buy purple for her. I like ti too, but not to wear cos it's not for my skin tone, unliess it's a warm lilac or something. But at Christmas I go mad for red and purple with gold of course. Love th eopulence :D
