Title: Nice to see tennis discussed for a change

Hi everybody,

I was away for a little while and when I came back the BBC message board looked like a bomb had exploded over there. There was hardly an actual tennis-related topic left.

Then I found out everyone who actually does give a damn about the sport itself moved over here, so I thought I would see what everyone was up to. Nice to see so many of the old BBC posters. Great site you've made, Nick!

It's too bad that at the moment were in the vacuum between the extremely tennis-intensive period of Roland Garros and Wimbledon and the period of the run up to the US Open. We'll probably have to wait almost another month, i.e. till the next Masters Series tournament, to see Roger and Rafa play again.

totally agreed pal, i've had enough swipes at that BBC board, but the mods there just don't seem to care anymore!

Here is a place where tennis discussion and fun can merge, where the average IQ is in fact higher than 0.1!

It is annoying this summer break - why can't we extend the grass season?

I thought the grass season was still in full swing in Newport, RI. roflmao
